Clean, comfortable and accommodating staff. Conference rooms were well kept and food was better than other hotels we have stayed at in the past. A hidden surprise was how great the food was at the little walk up counter

Apparently this is the season for bugs in your room. "they come thru the vents". I have had much better experiences with the "Courtyard" brand in other locations. There are a number of better places to stay and conduct business in this amazing town

Loved the place overall. Biggest problemno where to put your clothes. No dresser. They have one SMALL closet and a cabinet with a few shelves, also small. Thank goodness it was only 2 of us for a long weekend.

Attended a work event hosted at the Excelsior center next door. Rooms were set-up when we got there, and were well maintained. Most importantly, lunch was on-time. 😉

I was absolutely impressed by the politeness and hospitality show by the entire staff. The workers showed me the best service I've seen in a long time.I would definitely stay again and strongly recommend anyone looking for a great stay to go to the Marriott

Great hotel! Walking distance to a few parks with springs and the main Broadway Ave with a ton of shops and restaurants. Looks like the hotel has been recently updated. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. A great place to stay!

Worst experience ever at a Marriott property. My first set of keys didn't work, so they gave me a different room. Not new keysa different room. I was given a "newly renovated room." I was the first to stay in it, said the front desk. No kidding. There was drywall dust everywhere on the otherwise nice looking floor. The decor was great but the main lamp was missing a lightbulb. There was still pieces of blue painter's tape on the walls. The shower had brown epoxy stains on it still. More drywall dust and other crumbs in the shower. The shower head pressure wasn't the greatest. Only the above head or the hand sprayer can be used. You can't use both. Odd. The closet was small and narrow and located in the bathroom. Clearly the room wasn't cleaned after the renovation. A horrible detail to overlook in an otherwise decent looking, newly decorated way.

Very enjoyable stay for one night. It is a short walk into town and the rooms have all been updated. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again.

This was my First trip to New York and I can honestly say what a great experience. Hotel staff was very polite (and I'm from the south so that matters a great deal) housekeeping exceptional, and everything is so close by. No need for Uber. Shuttle service was great and coffee was always available ;) I was in town for a corporate banquet and conference for my boyfriend's company. Great quality for the cost 👍

Definitely one of the nicest Courtyard hotels I've stayed in. The rooms and beds are very comfortable. The lobby is large, open, warm and welcoming.as was the staff.
The fitness center has floor to ceiling windows with a bright and brilliant morning view of the neighborhood behind the hotel.
