The service I received on the night of December 21st is the BEST yet!! I cannot say enough about the gentleman who assisted me with my reservation. He is very polite, professional, and accommodating. He truly went above and beyond as far as taking care of me as a customer. He seemed to really care about me as a person. Maybe it's the way they do things in the South? All I know is Holiday Inn Express should fell lucky and blessed to have such a fine individual representing their name. O hope this review reaches the appropriate people to insure proper recognition and praise! I would highly consider a raise! Everything from the room to the breakfast area and throughout is tidy and clean. Thank you for the 6 🌟 sevice Jordan!!

Great service on the counter. Breakaways decent. But this place seriously needs some updates and mild testing done. I have bad allergies my room and gym and hallways had moldy smell. Gave me a headache, I was coughing so much. Definitely not staying in this one again.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is in close proximity to town and food. Hotel has nice curb appeal. Breakfast was standard, rooms were clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly on check-in. Only negative thing I should mention is that internet was slow and choppy, and the T.V. had some static issues. The gentleman at the front desk called the room in the late evening and asked if we needed anything. Told him about the internet and he said he would see about speeding it up a little. Didn't stay awake long enough to see if it got better, but I appreciated the service. All in all a typical stay at a Holiday Inn Express, what I have come to expect.

Check in was a breeze and rooms were pretty good. Breakfast was filling and had plenty to choose from. Staff was very friendly and was very willing to help in any way. Not very far from all the attractions but away from most of the congestion. Would definitely stay again.

Beds are super comfortable and staff is friendly. Has a fridge and microwave. Only thing i have to complain about is that the bathroom sink to forever to drain and the air conditioner sounded like a wind storm blowing in the room. Overall a good hotel

I SERIOUSLY question the validity of any and all recent 5 star reviews.
The word "clean" does not fit here. This from an exclusive IHG member.
Up to now, I could always expect decent cleanliness from any Holiday Inn.

Good stay after being turned away from over booked other hotels. Very nice front desk staff that went above and beyond for us the night if our stay. A nicer Holiday Inn for a quick stay. The breakfast is nothing to write home about by any means, even compared to other similar style hotels.

Great location, just a few minutes from our event. Comfortable beds. My wife likes her bed ultra soft, and I prefer a firm mattress. We both slept very well with no complaints. The AC unit has a thermostat with actual degree settings, not just varying levels of blue or red. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was the most full-featured we have ever enjoyed at a hotel. The rooms were clean and we'll stocked with a microwave, mini-frige, flat screen TV, FAST wired and wireless Internet, and a nice desk with a good comfy chair. Just to be nitpicky, the toilet paper was the same common, cheap, unabsorbant, thin, coarse stuff that all hotels/motels seem to have. All in all a great place to stay, but bring your own TP!
