There were roaches. There was torn up upholstery. The air conditioner had gravel inside of it and when I turned it on, a dead roach flew out at me. I didn't even want my daughter to sit on the bed for the ten minutes we were there because it was disgusting and I was afraid of bringing home bugs. We left.

The place is nice and very clean the owners are great people I would recommend anyone who comes to Chattanooga everything is close by like food and grocery store

Stayed here twice and each time they had our reservations messed up but had an attitude with us. Very rude and dishonest about what they are doing. Bloody mattresses! We left and our room had been serviced which was fine but then the owner banged on our door and as we were walking to the door he was already trying to barge in but the chain was on the door and as we are trying to talk to him through the door he's steady trying to get in only to ask if we wanted room service. Really bad sewage smell in the bathroom. And the worst, BED BUGS! Everyone that came to the room left with their bodies covered with bites, including me. Don't stay here!!!!

I came here because the previous hotel had weak wireless and an a/c that rattle and told them as much. So what do I get? A room with weak wireless and a noisy A/C. First they place me in a room at the very end so I figured they must be using "repeaters" for the wireless signal, otherwise why put somebody who requires a good wireless signal that far away from the router. No signal. To their credit they tried to accommodate me by moving me to a room two doors away from the office but at the same time argued with me about the wireless: "we get it right here in the office". Even 2 doors away their signal was so weak that I had to poach the signal from another hotel all the way across the street -- obviously that hotel knows what they're doing when it comes to wireless but unfortunately costs 2-3 times more. The good thing is that a non-smoking room here is really non-smoking. However their low rate seems to attract low life customers who make far too much noise. So this place is only suitably if you don't care about wireless and are a heavy sleeper.
