My family and I just slept here last night. We stopped after a long day of driving and just found the closest HIE to us when we were ready to stop for the night. The staff was very friendly on the phone and when we got there. (In the middle of the night) Our room was VERY clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable! The staff and breakfast was delicious and delightful! Very easy check out and we even shook the owners hand on the way out. Would highly recommend!!!!!

Newer place. Very friendly front and cleaning staff. Breakfast staff, however, openly mocked my friend who, trying not to be wasteful, left half a bagel on the continental breakfast buffet. After the mocking, the hotel person threw out the left half bagel. Food was good (biscuits, yum!) and beds were super comfy. Would stay again.

Spacious clean room! I mean huge! I was upgraded to a suite upon checkin and it was the size of 2 1/2 rooms. Nice surprise after a long drive and that doesn't usually happen. Young man at check in was very nice and polite. Breakfast was delicious! Apple cinnamon with walnuts and raisins and BACON! Yes bacon. It's rare to find bacon on the breakfast bar and it makes me Happy to find it here! They also had pancakes, egg white omelets, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, grits, bagels, toast, muffins, cereal, cinnamon rolls, juice and coffee. There is so much I'm sure I forgot something. Thank you to the staff for having everything prepared and out early! I'll be back sooner than you know.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Friendly staff (front desk, house keeping, and anyone we encountered) Nice room, comfortable bed, and clean. My only complaint was the AC rattled/ squeaked but i finally found a way to dampen that :) We will stay here again in the future.

Accommodations very nice. The place was very colorful and appealing to the eye. Very clean. Room very nice, bed extremely comfortable and room was inviting. The staff polite and experienced in what they were doing. What even made this stay better was that they offer military discount. Very pleased. This was a top rate hotel in my book.

This place was a step above the Ooltewah/Chattanooga HIE. There was someone else's dry cleaning tags/hair on our bathroom floor, meaning it clearly hadn't been cleaned. The TV didn't work and we had the assistant manager in our room for an hour from 9-10pm trying to figure it out.
Just a someone else mentioned in their review, housekeeping came knocking right at 11am to rush you out. When we left the hotel, I spoke with the kid at the front desk about the issues and his blank look let is not even an apology. Just bewilderment. Right on dude. We felt the same way Why can't eastern Tennessee get it together with cleanliness in their lodging?
This was better than other options in town, but don't expect the comfy beds, attentive staff, our cleanliness from other HIE around the country.

Enjoying hospitality and sincere concern towards each and every guest at this clean and welcome hotel, was a very gratifying experience.

License plates on the parking lot in front of the hotel were also from Florida and other states affected by hurricane Irma, some from complete families looking for shelter and for sure they found it here.

Owner Mister Hughes and his team personally inquired during breakfast and talked with all their guests to ask if they were ok and if they needed any help.

He said that the local community was praying for them and that they provided goods and support for the communities affected.

That's amazing and commendable. Some people talk others act!

This hotel brings the words hospitality and feeling welcome to a complete new level.

We arrived close to 1am as part of an exhausting road trip and we were greeted with smiles, water and turned-down beds. Breakfast was set out early and perfect for a quick bite before we left for our morning journey. Thanks so much to the graveyard shift staff for all your help!

Used the meeting space. Convenient to the interstate for people traveling. Meeting room is clean and A/V set up is nice to have.

It has been some time since I stayed in a regular hotel but this one may have been the best ever! The thing that made me book here was a review that said the owner had come around at breakfast to talk to people. I was there for a conference and on my last day Richie, the owner, came around and was greeting people and asking us about our stay. I will definitely stay in Richie's hotel the next time I'm in Cleveland!

The young man at the front desk was friendly and the room was extremely clean. Housekeeping does a great job at this hotel.
I appreciated that there was no bedspread and no extra pillows to move. The bed had simple white covers which were soft and light. The mattress was comfortable, I didn't care for the pillows but that's just me.
