  It is a very nice and comfortable hotel. the staff is friendly, the breakfast is fine not many options but still good.

  Nice hotel. I felt safe with the interior rooms. The entire facility was very clean, especially the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and felt relatively new. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was very good. The hotel was located in a convenient area to everything we needed. I would stay here again.

  Staff is great! Breakfast is meh, but to be expected for this type of hotel. Room is clean and comfortable and housekeeping is attentive. Only complaint is that the a/c unit is right next to sitting area, making it impossible to sit at desk while running it.

  Before making the decision to stay at the this particular Holiday Inn, I had tried other hotels in the vicinity and the staff were either unfriendly or unhelpful. Many talked to me and my daughter with an attitude that was not welcoming. When I got to the holiday inn I was met with smiles and a group of people who demonstrated passion and love for their work. I enjoyed my stay, rooms were clean, no noise, breakfast was wonderful and as I have already said the staff was excellent. The location is also very convenient since it is near 95 and not far from the beaches. I will definitely stay there whenever I am in Jacksonville to stay.

  If Yvonne is there, you'll get everything you need. It was 3AM and she still gave me service with a smile. Love her! The beds are extremely comfortable. And the rooms are a nice size as well. My stay was wonderful!

  Fast check in. Great room with comfortable bed. Clean bath and shower. Large warm outdoor pool. Nice breakfast. Only bad remark is the breakfast didn't open up till 6:30. Had to be gone by 6:15 for work.

  This hotel was fantastic. I have worked in the hotel business (a different chain) for many years, so I can spot a struggling staff or overburdened employees almost the moment I walk in. This hotel showed no signs of any of that. Everything in our room was crisp and clean. Housekeeping was on point here! Beautifully made, tight bed, clean, vacuumed floors, no nasty hidden dust not a thing out of place in the bathroom, just perfect. I was impressed and I am usually never impressed. I honestly do have a bad habit of picking hotels apart and being hyper-critical because of being in the business, but I had no complaints here.
  
  Breakfast was included and was well done. We stayed on a Monday night, which is typically not the busiest day but there was a good amount of people and the staff kept up with breakfast traffic like pros. Everything stayed nice and clean, nothing ran out and there was plenty of utensils and fresh coffee.
  
  This hotel looks very new. I don't know if it has been remodeled or is a new build but decor was very up to date and fresh. The snack area was well stocked and the front desk staff was very friendly.
  
  I will definitely stay here again if in the area.
