Nice hotel, very comfortable and quiet. Nice little center with a few restaurants and close to others. Not too far from the beach, easy drive to st Augustine. Nice little bar, but we didn't try the meals

Extremely polite staff.they are all awesome! Rooms are clean. Showers are old and smallwould suggest upgrading. Beds are newer and very comfortable. Grounds are beautifulwaterfront with walking trails and shops/restaurants. Hotel food/drinks are great! Would definitely recommend!!!

The location, hotel, and staff were all very good. We appreciated the timings of the room and in fact the entire area is very well maintained. Unfortunately a few days after our stay we realized we had been double charged. Our stay was a points stay and I was extremely disappointed to see that we had been charged for the night as well. The hotel did promptly return my call and stated it was a billing error that they would correct but we should expect the refund to take several days.

I stay at IHG hotels about 5 nights a month, I will not return to this particular hotel. It is independently owned and if they can't properly handle a customer's booking and money what other issues might they have?

The hotel was super clean and I'm a big fan of the unique room design. Nice little bar and lounge. Didn't give five stars only because Expedia currently shows check out is at 11am. The front desk sign and Hotel Manager states check out is at 12pm. Housekeeping woke me up at 10am, knocking on my door and informing me check out was at 10am and that I should have checked out already. Not a deal breaker, but worth noting.

The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Kevin T. in the bistro was probably one of the best waiters I have ever experienced.

Overall enjoyed my stay here. Only issues my family and I had was the random noise, from what I am assuming is a roof mounted A/C unit, turning on and off. It was fairly loud and woke me up on a couple occasions. If we were staying longer I would have asked to be moved to a different floor (5th floor). Room was very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. It seems much more expensive than it was. I will definitely look for this hotel branch in future visits

Very nice hotel. Stay was friendly, and the room was nice and clean. The location of the hotel was right by the Town Center. Great spot. Will definitely stay there again.

This was a GREAT experience!!! Kal and Taylor were exceptional. They reminded me that there are still great people in the world that take pride in their work. I hope nothing less than the best for them! They made my stay count! There is no false advertisement here! Every picture they have on the website is how it really looks! we stayed for 6 days and 5 nights. I had an awesome time!

I love it because it's modern. The staff is always friendly. I love the spa like bathroom and the view. The only thing it's missing is a microwave in the rooms.

Sizable rooms, in particular the bathroom has plenty of counter space and the shower was very large. They have Aveda products which is a nice plus. I imagine the rooms facing the lake had a nice view, but mine just faced the parking lot. There's plenty of free parking for the hotel. Room service was prompt and delicious. I wish there was a refrigerator in the room but there wasn't. There weren't any snacks for purchase in the room either, but the room service menu is fairly extensive. Overall a very nice hotel.

This hotel is so nice and the area around it. When my wife and I arrived it was raining and you have to park in the back so my only reason for not giving a perfect score is because there's only one door and its in the front so we got wet. But when we entered it was happy hour and the drinks were good. Smoked salmon amazing. Rooms beautiful bed sleeps great. I will be staying here ever time I'm in jacksonville.

Great location with great access to Jacksonville, the city and the beach. Rooms are very nice with good amenities and nice restaurant/bar in the lobby. Service was great! Would definitely recommend!
