Excellent resort for a short stop or for a long weekend. Staff is superb and the quality of the hotel is really high. Good selection of food and drink, including an in house Starbucks that you can charge to your room. WiFi is available everywhere on hotel premises and works really well.
What a beautiful hotel, the elegance, and the scenery, And the fanciful wonder this place brings makes it all worth it in my opinion. The rooms are clean and tidy, the staff are very nice and helpful, and I am just so taken back by how mesmerizing the whole of it all is out together. What a wonderful place to go, what a wonderful place to sightsee, what a wonderful place to stay.
The resort is lovely. We stayed in an executive suite that had a separate sitting area with panoramic window views of the pool and resort area. Check-in was a breeze. Later attended a function in one of the ballrooms and had a great time. Staff was pleasant. The pub seemed understaffed.
This seems to be a great value. The resort is pristine and service wasn't robotic. You expect the front desk to be nice but the staff wandering around often smiled and offered me a hello. The steak at their restaurant was very good.
The resort was great,it has variety of activities for the whole family. Several pools, a wave machine, bonfires at night, pool tables, chess tables For many different taste. We didn't get to spend enough time to enjoy all of this, i recommended a longer stay of 3 days at least to get to enjoy more of it and the spa, mini golf. The fun opportunities are endless here. Staff was polite and the room was clean and comfortable.
I stayed at the Marriott for a business meeting. While I was unable to get a room in the main tower, they were able to accommodate me with a sweet in the Villas not too far of a walk from the main building. The room is delightful, a great View, and certainly made this stay very comfortable. The staff did a great job of ensuring that all of my needs were met and the facilities were very conducive to an easy weekend of work. I highly recommend this Marriott.
We loved everything this resort had to offer. Rooms are nice and staff has been great. Only things we didn't like was food is pricey, no hot tub, and couldn't get help with my bags(busy at check-in) so I had to carry them all the way for their parking lot that feels like it's a mile away. Besides those few things we loved the place.
A handsome resort adjoining the Sawgrass golf course, the Sawgrass Marriott offers luxury with a leisurely atmosphere.
Lovely landscaping, a wide range of activities on site, and comfortable surroundings will please the vast majority of visitors. The prices vary widely for those just seeking a room and those looking for the experiences that are offered in package deals.
We really enjoyed our room. It was clean, modern, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The large windows yielded handsome views of the very green landscaping.
Service was very good on the housekeeping end. Ours was friendly, fastidious, and unintrusive, but there was a day where she didn't appear until late in the afternoon for some reason. The front desk was alright. They were professional and quick, but I wouldn't say that they felt warm or particularly friendly.
Attended a conference. The staff was very professional and the food was amazing. Our room was very clean with comfortable beds. Wish there was a microwave and a hair dryer. Other than that we had a great experience.
Attended a convention here and stayed in a very nice condo. Staff was very nice and always greeted you with a smile. Convention food was good and service was great. Room had a few maintenance issues but not a deal breaker. Over all I was very satisfied with the experience.
Generous location, very nice rooms, great staff. Excellent venue for meetings and events. Only complaint is the room diagram shows a stove when there if not one, not even a toaster oven in the largest suite. Brought burgers and pizza to cook for a weeklong team event and they don't even have an outside BBQ we can use. Else 4/5 🌟
First class service. Fun atmosphere. Excellent rooms. Be sure to try their "Florida Mule" take on the more famous "Moscow Mule". Maybe step out back with a few of your pals and colleagues to take a shot at landing your ball on the infamous floating green. Or chill by the pool as the drinks keep coming. Tomorrow is our tee time and I can't wait to hit the links. Just remember, people, it's Florida. Apply sunscreen and keep hydrated.
For the money, not even on the level of what I expect from a "newly remodeled" Marriott resort. We chose this property for a girls getaway and the advertised beach club and proximity to the beach. No hot tub for an evening dip, no concierge lounge, 45 minute wait for a shuttle back from the beach club, leaky toilet and faucet that drops and drains noisly all night, TV and power panels and lamps not working in the room, A/C that 3 days in has not cooled the room down to the selected temperature. The valets hustle, but no where near enough of them for the demand. The pictures on the website paint a picture of a property much more luxurious than what you get. The grounds and lobby area are beautiful, but it's a lot of small things hurting the overall rating. The Spa and Beach Club are also advertised and pictured as extremely luxurious, however, the amenities don't rise to the level of other similarly advertised Marriott's for the price.
Overall, I feel pretty bait and switched on this property and I am a Platinum Marriott loyalist.
