Shower pressure was excellent. Beds and pillows were good. In a quiet area at night but close to everything. We would stay here again.

Very nice place to stay. Excellent huge room. Feels like your at home. Kitchen area. Living room area. Serves great breakfast but should have a variety of meat selection because not everyone eats pork. Offers free social and dinner 3 nights a week which is great. Great outdoor area. Friendly staff. Will.stay again.

My husband travels to Indy a lot for work and we always choose this hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional, the rooms are spacious and well kept and the location is perfect. There's free breakfast which is great for early meetings and you're running behind. They also have coctail hour and an evening meal on weekdays. The only downside is the workout room is a little small but the equipment is nice. All in all I love this hotel and wouldnt consider anywhere else for the price.

Terrific staff, warm and friendly. Suites include kitchenette with full fridge with is terrific. 2 TVs 1 in bedroom, one in "family" room. Comfy king bed. Breakfast and evening reception are great. Pool and hot tub for relaxing. A very pleasant stay at this all-suites hotel.

We have enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious. The customer service was awesome. Two top reasons we stayed here was because of location and because they are pet-friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the bed wasn't up to par with other hotels. The courtyard is AMAZEBALLS! Great customer service. The rooms were nice. I'd definitely stay here again. Great place for a long term stay!

Great hotel. Clean rooms, faciltiy, and friendly staff. Free parking is also a plus, and location is great. If you have a neighbor, walls are paper thin. We could hear EVERYTHING that went on above us, and next to us.Our neighbors were not loud at all, just a regular volume during their conversation, and we could hear every word. Our bed was not the most comfortable, after sleeping 3 nights on it, it made us very achy.
Other than the walls, and bed that was in our room, this is a great clean, safe, and great quality hotel.response / report this review -

This is a great place to stay! Every time our kids have a tournament near Carmel we stay here. The staff is helpful, the rooms are always clean, breakfast is great and the outside area is perfect!

This place exceeded my expectations far more than I imagined! The girls at the front desk were nice and very helpful as well as the guy at night. The whole hotel was very clean, even the pool area. We came all the way from Cleveland, Ohio and I actually had never heard of staybridge so we were afraid to run into a poor experience and thank god we did not! The outside of the hotel is beautiful and there are grills and tables to relax at.What tipped the scale for me was that there is free guest laundry! I'm just really impressed. Oh and not to mention the price was great which is why I wasn't sure what to expect . I probably won't frequent Illinois, but now I know that Staybridge is an excellent choice and I will book future stays with them at other locations whenever possible.

We had originally booked with another hotel, but when we found a bed bug while checking in they put us up for the night at Staybridge Suites because they didn't have any other open rooms at the first hotel that night. We ended up loving Staybridge so much that we called the orriginal hotel to let them know we would stay at the Staybridge for the rest of our time. They were absolutely lovely, very sweet, and friendly staff. Everyone was very friendly with my kids. We loved the free salad bar dinner party on Monday night, and Mary was a wonderful hostess and remembered us to say hi and chat for a bit in the morning. The rooms were very clean. The pool was a great way for the kiddos to get out their energy and the hot tub was good for the adults to relax. Next time we come back to the area we are planning on staying here again.

Our usual brand was not available so we tried Staybridge Suites.
The staff was extremely gracious and helpful.
The facility was well appointed and clean.
The price was in range for the area.
The room was lovely and well stocked.
The breakfast was excellent.
But the bed was too hard and the pillows too soft. It was the bed/pillows that made it a 4 as opposed to a 5.
However my husband, the fussy sleeper, suggested we stay there again.response / report this review
