Pool was great but didn't open until 7am, was still fun. Lots of food varieties to choose from including turkey sausage. Beds we're comfortable, I haven't rested this well since my funeral.

Hotel was very nice, location was not too far off the highway. The room was clean and comfortable and the hot breakfast was good. The only issue we had is that the room smelled a bit of second hand smoke (I guess we picked it up since we are not smokers)

Very nice place to stop in a road trip. Room was spacious, and included breakfast had some good variety. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We'd be happy to stay again on a future trip. It's a little bit difficult to find in the dark, but it is close to the freeway and convenient once you find it.

My family had to stop driving due to the snow. The staff, especially Jessica at the front desk were cheerful and helpful. My daughter had to get her homework assignment finished, So I emailed the hotel and Jessica printed up the documents so my daughter could complete her work even though she had this unscheduled stop.
All it takes is a smile and a few moments of kindness and YOU NAILED IT!!

Recently renovated so the rooms are decent. Not much to eat around really except a couple fast food places and a gas station/convenience store but the diner next door is actually good

The hotel has recently been updated and is very clean and up to date. The fitness center has cardio equipment and free weights but could use a few more machines but otherwise it was great!

A very remote area. Not a lot to do unless you head to Binghamton. Hotel and staff very nice, friendly and clean. Great cookies for snacking. Breakfast staff even though they were very busy greeted us every morning and handled it well. I forgot my toothbrush, no problem they had one at the desk for me. Enjoyed our stay

Clean and updated, this was the poster child for a great stay. Complementary breakfast buffet was just like other holiday Inn expresses and the gym was well kept and had everything I needed. Would definitely stay again. Oh! And there's a fireworks shop right next door!

This was one of the nicest HIE hotels we have ever stayed in! I am a neurotic germ-a-phobe and can glady say the room, pool, and breakfast area were impeccably clean! All the staff we encountered were cheerful and quick to help us. Nancy, at the front desk, knew the local area well and went so far to print out a map of an attraction we were interested in and called another one for us! We will be coming back to this hotel when we have to be in this area again. So very thankful for the sweet people who made our stay so comfortable!

The staff that greeted us were super friendly and very helpful. Our room was brand new and recently renovated. It was an extremely nice room. The breakfast in the morning was really good and available till noon

Needed a place to stay on short notice for a business trip and discovered this hotel right where I would need to stop for the night. Checked in at 9 PM and was greeted by a friendly face and a few cookies left in the lobby. 24hr coffee bar and hot water/tea was just what I needed after the drive.

My room was immaculate and I enjoyed the very large selection of TV channels to fall asleep to. I stayed on the first floor on the front side of the building and had no issues with noise or lights from the parking lot.

Breakfast was what I expected and the coffee was plentiful. I would definitely stay here again if the need arose.

We had a wonderful stay on the newly renovated 3rd floor. This is the mattress you want to sleep on after a long day on the road. Appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. Bookmarked for the next time we pass through!

Great stay. Small indoor pool just for kids. Keurig in room. Nice assortment at continental breakfast. Updated and new! Good for business travel. Small workout room, but wasn't really used by others.
