Very pleasant, clean rooms, modern style, nice courtyard. Minus one star for no microwave, lack of options and cost of breakfast, and no cusions on chairs in courtyard days after we were told they were in storage and to dirty to put out Wash em bruh.

great staff and clean environment!!! their rates are great and best if all. the mattresses are like floating on a cloud!! only down fall is no continental breakfast, and their breakfast choices are kind of pricey

My family was very impressed by the service at Marriot Courtyard Milwaukee Brookfield. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my family so that we could most enjoy our time together. I highly recommend this hotel, and I am grateful for the kind and professional staff.

Great service, my email wasn't working the night I checked in but they made sure to get everything squared away by the time I left so that I could still get points. Good location if you're on business, friendly staff.

This place could have earned four maybe five stars if we weren't woken each morning with the cleaning service ladies being very loud in the hallways. Every morning. Just very VERY loudly talking outside our door. Not just for a minute, this would go on for about 20 to 30 minutes. Ruined what would have been a fabulous stay. The jacuzzi was hot, the pool was warm and the facilities were clean. Hotel is located near many restaurants. Front desk staff was very nice, did is slightly over priced for what you get.

Nice courtyard, enjoy the platinum perks of points and a free gift. Elevator is a far walk regardless of where you stay in the hotel. Front desk staff is always friendly and helpful.

Being a courtyard, I expected less but this is one of the cleanest, aesthetically pleasing Marriot I've seen. Definitely would come back.

The Courtyard Marriott in Brookfield is a convenient choice for the area. The fixtures are modern, and the rooms were clean. There are a number of good dining and shopping options nearby.

There was no microwave in the room. You have to go in the lobby to heat any leftovers. We had a military discount for $100/night but found out it was normally $159/night. That was NOT worth either price in my opinion especially since there was no microwave in room. The breakfast scramble was $10 for continental breakfast that they put on a plate for you. And they were powdered or liquid eggs. The staff were nice though.

Our stay at the Courtyard was really nice. Beds are super comfy, everything is really clean, and the atrium/bar and dining area is really nice. We will be back! Thank you!

The room layout was awkward and some of the furniture pieces seemed to have been selected more for their elegant appearance than their actual functionality. Specifically the sofa bed couch in the room was uncomfortable to sit in. And instead of an actual built in closet there was wood chest to hang your clothes​ that didn't have a lot of space inside. Other than that the place was clean and conviniently located. The little cafe that it had wasn't that expensive either.

Great location! Really close to shopping and restaurants! Rooms were a great size, but they were not clean. We found hair on the bathroom floors, in the shower, and in the bed.

Went up for a weekend get away for our anniversary. Had a lovely goody basket has a surprise in the room. Got put up in the newly renovated wing and absolutely loved it! Will always choose the brookfield courtyard. Such hospitality by everyone!! Still close to downtown.
