Clean rooms, good breakfast spread, and a wonderful pool and hottub area made for a great stay. This is a convenient location with many restaurants and bars nearby. It was close to our relatives, which made it a great choice for us.

Th breakfast was amazing. Free shuttle from the airport and to the airport. The in restaurant was excellent. I loved everything here.

Great staff and continental breakfast is spot on. Rooms are nothing fancy but nice pool, hot tub and workout room. Only complaint was that one room I had there smelled like a wet dog was inside the AC/heating unit. Have stayed in other rooms and never had that problem though. Back in 2011 my upstairs neighbor in myself apartment in Pewaukee started our building on fire and I was a displaced resident that night. I came to best Western and explained my situation and they went above and beyond to help me! Not only did they give me an EXTREMELY discounted rate for the week, they worked with me and the Red Cross to get additional money off of my bill. Great group of people there.

Not super impressed. Not all the jets worked on the hot tub. A/C didn't work in the room and ice machine on certain floors worked. Hope free breakfast is better than the accomidations!

Pool closed during our stay for an extended time, we were not notified when booking(I called the hotel direct) and no one told us when checking in. I emailed the hotel chain and the manager and no one even responded. We were there for a week for my fathers funeral with grandkids and my niece. My niece teaches swimming and they were looking forward to it. We would have chosen a different hotel for all 7 of us if we would have known.
No excuse for neither to not reply to the emails

For 6 years I've stayed there whenever I go to Waukesha. Reasonable rates, very clean. Several stores and eating places within easy walking. The year-round swimming pool is excellent.

Beds are pretty comfy. Breakfast starts at 5:30 do that is really nice! They were a little slow on keeping up with the breakfast options. The AC control does not have an actual temperature but just a hot and cold. I did not go to the pool sup I have no opinion there. Pretty good price for what you're getting.

The staff was cordial and helpful. The room was clean and quiet despite being next to a major highway. Each morning breakfast was good. Eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy and assorted breads. Also a water cooler in the dining area so you can fill a water bottle. A nice shaded grassy area to walk dogs.

I do not recommend staying on ground floor with the pool. Room was musty/mold had to switch rooms. Said we needed room far from pool or we needed to check out. They gave us a nice room on 3rd floor and it is great. Still recommend just not near the pool

Clean and quite. Our party of four all said that the beds were the most comfortable we have ever sleep in at a hotel. The breakfast was outstanding. Hot, a nice selection and well stocked.

Hotel was very clean and the room was laid out nicely. Would definitely recommend. I did not use the pool area but my sons did and they were pleased. The breakfast area was very clean and for this type of breakfast it was good.

They have parking for 2 semi trucks here. The room was clean & comfortable. Plenty of dining &/or drinking places within walking distance. Kelly at the front desk is awesome! We never would have found the truck parking without her. Also, pets are allowed for $10.
