  Not the cleanest place and not the best service, but the location is really good and it's also really comfortable for staying.

  Nothing fancy, but it had the essentials. The Passport Inn seemed to be in a safe area and was very close to the Falls. Great air conditioning and nice sized TV, king sized bed, bright overhead lighting and working shower/sink. The bathroom shelf and sink knobs needed to be tightened, but everything else worked fine. One of the owners mentioned that they had just acquired the business two weeks or so ago, and they seemed ambitious regarding repairs and updates.

  Air conditioner did not work. Shower drained very very slow. Stains and bad plaster/paint on walls. Last person didn't flush the toilet. Carpet stained and dirty. Ceiling fan did not work in bathroom. Glass in window broken. View out window is of a faded red brick and cracked cement building. Will not be staying here again.

  I had i good experience here july 2017 nice place within walking distance to everything, i was told by the owner, they got the place a month ago and they are doing everything to improve it since last owner did not take care of it, for now, the place need lots of work but looks like in a few months is gonna be a great place to stay, best of luck for the new owners, i will give them a try next year and see if they get the 5 stars

  Not very well kept at all. Close to the falls but the upkeep of the place was poor. Good price if you don't mind the ran down state of the rooms.

  Great location. Walking distance to falls and Maid Of The Mist-Boat Ride. Price we paid was decent compared to High end motels by the falls.

  Great family and couples place to stop and eat.and rest plus it's very close to local attraction like Niagara falls New York.

  We checked out as fast as we checked in. It was very smelly. Very dirty and just plane gross. Stains on everything. Would not recommend wasting your time or money. The man kept ten dollars and would not refund our entire bill! We were there ten minutes at most.

  This hotel does not even deserve one star. It is absolutely disgusting and I have no idea how it is still running. When you try to access the rooms there is an immense amount of spiders outside. Like seriously there is an infestation. Not to mention that it also has bed bugs! Save yourself the money from these people an stay in a much better place.

  Absolutely nasty hotel! Rented 2 rooms. Mold in microwave. Dust on everything. Outlets hanging out of the wall. 1 Refrigerator broken, 1 with covered in ice. Left quicker than we got there. With a full refund
