It was dirty. The sheets where used, the bathroom was disgusting, the carpet need a good cleaning and the room smelled bad.

Stayed overnight for a wedding. Overall experience was positive. Did have a small issue with the room key initially but was quickly resolved.

Hotel had a shuttle service setup for a wedding that I attended. Unknown to anyone, the shuttle service only had 2 runs and the last one ran well before the scheduled end of the reception, leaving 3 from the wedding party and a couple other guests stranded at the restaurant of the reception. When we contacted the hotel, their only reluctant resolution was to try and call us a cab at our expense. They failed to get a cab, which we figured as we had already tried several companies ourselves, with no success. This was a horrible way to end an otherwise great evening thanks to the Ramada. Big thanks goes out to the staff at the reception restaurant - Sean Patrick's - who ended up giving us rides to the hotelhotel!

Attended the UB Biochemistry Research Day at the Ramada. Room was arranged nicely, service was effective, staff was helpful, and most importantly, the coffee was actually pretty good. I can't think of a complaint.

Hotel/rooms look nice. Bed sheets hadn't been washed as there were flakes of skin (I think?) or dirt all over them. Walls or floor are thin as hell as well as I could clearly hear the person next to (or above)'s music playing. On the flipside, the room was fairly cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.
