Would not recommend this hotel if you're staying in Bowling Green. Not fair rates for the quality of service. Housekeeping management is not very efficient nor is the laundry personal. Lots of stains on sheets and towels. There are much better hotels located closer to the main strip of Bowling Green.
Rented a double queen room for the night. Check-in was super quick and easy. Staff was cheerful and courteous. Room was clean and the towels we're folded into elephants! Very nice and will stay again.
Bed and room were comfortable. Nice selection of TV channels. Gym left a little bit to be desired but acceptable. There was no hot tub but the pool was very nice and relaxing.
Very nice and clean. Friendly. Staff. A Cool place to Chill and get away. For the Weekend. Very Relaxing.& Cozy. A difference place to be.
I've stayed at every hotel in the immediate Bowling Green Area. The Holiday Inn easily has the most hospitality toward their customers. The rooms are very clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast bar has several very tasty options. I've also noticed they go the extra mile- from housekeeping leaving a friendly note hoping I have a nice day, to wishing visiting sports teams good luck (hotel staff crafted funny tennis ball faces that say good luck and posted them on the tennis team's doors). FANTASTIC HOTEL with a very friendly culture! :)
This is what a Holiday Inn is supposed to be. Exceptional, attentive service, crisp, clean fresh atmosphere. THis is where you should stay in the Toledo area. It is the literal opposite of the Maumee property.
The honeymoon suite was fantastic and the in-room jacuzzi was the perfect way to end an exhausting day. They even were nice enough to put a nice congratulations sign out at the front desk for us. It was a very nice night!
Rooms were nice, bed was comfortable, dog friendly. Breakfast was very nice. Good overall experience!
Perfectly nice. Took the check in person a while to appear, but I did arrive late. She was great when she ar arrived. Clean and comfortable.
Wonderful Staff- The staff was very friendly and helpful. The night we stayed was before my daughters state gymnastics meet and their also happened to be a swim meet going on as well so their were lots of kids in the hotel. The staff set up and and snacks for any of the guests who wanted to watch. They went above beyond. Even the next morning I witnessed a dad questioning every food item because his daughter had a nut allergy. Instead of getting frustrated the staff on duty did every thing they could to accommodate them.
I had a fantastic experience. The suite was spacious and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was one of the best I've ever had.
The room was beautiful. They had a nice breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly and overall just a great experience.
Once here I found splatter on one wall, wall paper coming off, black mold in the tub. From the walls in about 2 feet, the carpets were wet. It felt clammy the few days we were there I call this place the Bates Hotel!! A few days later I stayed at a Days Inn and for $20.00 more a night, this was beautiful! I'll forgo Econolodge and room at Days Inn from now on! I also have pictures if anyone does not believe what I say here.
