Very nice place. Very nice staff. Was under construction so they definitely value keeping up with things. Would stay again.
Very clean, nicely cared for hotel. The rooms were some of the best I've stayed in. The indoor pool is huge. Breakfast was hot and had a variety offered. Highly recommend this hotel.
This hotel was being updated and refreshed during my stay in October 2017. I enjoyed my stay here, the room was newly furnished and comfortable. The only strange thing to complain about was the breakfast is served on paper party plates with plastic cutlery. Very strange.
Stayed for one night. The hotel was undergoing renovations, so some of the rooms are closed but our room was very nice. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Would stay again.
Had a great night's stay here after a long day at Cedar Point. Nice location with decent restaurant options. Clean, updated rooms. Comfortable bed. Easy check in/out. Will be back next summer.
This was my first time staying at this hotel and I most say I wasn't to happy. When I checked in the girl at the front desk Elizabeth was drunk and disorderly. She was slurring her words and I couldn't make out what she was saying. she started to do this weird thing. It sounded like she was telling me she couldn't hear me. Apparently she's never heard of hearing aids. I don't think anyone in that condition should be working in public. the breakfast was great the bed was awesome and I loved the new renovation. I hope I don't see this person isn't working when we return. Seems Like a nice place.
Our hotel room was clean and appeared to be freshly remodeled. The air conditioner worked well and our bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was delicious as well. The room itself was affordable and the staff was friendly and got us checked in quickly. Overall we had a pleasant stay.
I stayed here with my 10 year old daughter and 5 of her friends for a sleepover. The pool area was very spacious and clean. Whirlpool was nice and the highlight of my day. The pool hours were great. Employees were great and no one complained about the girls so thats always a plus. The room was decent. Beds were comfortable. Tv was great. Good channels. The fitness center was great. Quiet at night. The buffet style breakfast was fantastic. Everything about it was perfect. The kids and I enjoyed our breakfast. Then they went back to the pool area while i cleaned the room and then me and them stayed in the pool room until check out. There was no rush for us to leave which was great. Will definitely be staying here again in the very near future! Absolutely recommend to others!
Decent Hampton Inn but beware if there's a billing problem that was created by the front desk. Apparently they implemented a new system in April 25th that was double billing but Ken the apparent General Manager had a very lackadaisical attitude about it and said it would correct itself. Well a week later it still hasn't and of course no response from Ken so I had to take it up with Hilton Honors - he could definitely use some customer service training
After running into extreme weather and multiple accidents on 80/90 St. Pat's weekend I pulled off here, and I am so glad I did. Clean and quiet with a great bed, and a truly epic staff. 11/10, would stay here again.
Hotel under renovation. None of the AC/Heater in any of the rooms will shut off when temperature is reached instead will blow cool/warm air to maintain temperature. What ends up happening is the humidity gets sucked right out from the vents and you'll wake up with dry mouth, dry skin and possibly a sore throat in the morning. Otherwise decent breakfast but prefer to make my own oatmeal (can't determine how long it's been sitting in pot). Clean newer room even though leak in ceiling.
As frequent Hampton Inn patrons, we found this stop to be especially comfortable. We were traveling with 4 little ones and a trailer hitch loaded with Christmas presents (toys). We stopped just after midnight and were worried about our things on the trailer hitched not being locked and secured. The Manager on Duty, Mike, took care of us and allowed us to park right in front, which made us feel more assured our things would be safe. Mike showed pride in his hotel and we could tell we were in good hands. The pack and play we requested was ready to go for us when we entered the room. Little things helped make the stopover easy (no easy feat with 4 kids). The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the towels were very soft. It was a quick stop, but we were very pleased.
See you next time Hampton Inn.
