A big Holiday Inn, but no breakfast. Big clean comfortable room. NOTE: Used a coupon found at the Rest Stop to save $30.

No doubt the best customer service at a hotel I have ever experienced. They went above and beyond their duties, and actually care that each guest in the hotel has a fantastic experience.

Nice clean motel, easy to access, great parking. Check in hosts were awesome, check out host not so much. Nice breakfast.

Hotel was supposed to have pool.i made reservation here specifically so grandchildren could swim . I had had checked several times to be sure pool was available. Hallways smelled awful. Kids eat free was advertised yet kids only eat free if you ordered specific items off menu. Staff was unable to compensate us for any issues we had because we made reservation through Priceline. Very disappointed was supposed to be surprise trip for grandchildren - swimming at hotel and trip to zoo in morning. Zoo was great hotel was not. We have stayed at holiday inn express many times as my oldest granddaughter is in competition gymnastics and have never had issues so expected same from holiday inn. Will not recommend to anyone.

Halls and elevator not air conditioned. AC units in rooms were actually oversized so they cooled the room too quickly to have much moisture removed so the rooms were cool and damp feeling. That said, rooms were clean and staff was helpful and polite.

Got my room for a great rate by using a coupon from a book picked up at an Ohio travel plaza. The room was clean and comfortable and the night time staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire experience was pleasant. Not detracting, but there was a strange odor in the lobby.

Rooms were nice. However we chose to stay here for the water park for our kids. We weren't informed that the Waterpark and pool were closed before 8 pm on a Friday night, and didn't reopen till noon the next day. I've never stayed at a hotel that had such limited pool hours, all so they could save a few dollars on paying a life guard, I imagine. We could have paid half as much at different hotel had we been informed. Again, nice hotel, but poor service.

We choose this hotel for the water park and stayed one night on a Saturday. This is a very nice hotel. I was very pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of the room. The staff was very friendly. There is no complimentary breakfast. There is a restaurant on site but we didn't eat there. The water park is nice. It is only open on the weekends in the summer. It was a bit loud and a bit too cold so we didn't play for long which was disappointing because we paid a higher price to stay here for the water park.

We went to this Holiday Inn to enjoy the Splash Bay indoor water park. The water park was only open on the weekends and closes early on Sundays. So we felt rushed to use the water park. Other than that the rooms were average. One nice thing is the kids were able to eat for free at the little bistro saving money is always a bonus.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a little trouble with the lock on the door. Key card wouldn't work and took several attempts to unlock door even with a new key card. The light switches in the room were set up were the master switch by the door had to be on in order to turn the bathroom light on. Other than that had a good experience. Rooms were clean and had a desk, pull out couch, two queen beds, a large TV, Kureg, mimic refrigerator and microwave.

Had a pretty fun Waterpark although wrist bands didn't come with the room. You have to pay for them separately. Which was 30$ a person. With is outrageous for 3 waterside and a lazy river. But hey the kids had fun for 2 hours. Rooms were nice and clean. Employees were friendly.

TV volume resets each time it is turned off. Volume was full blast, I had nothing. Front desk immediately came with a second remote to control TV volume. My remote only changed cable. . .but each time you turn off TV volume resets to nothing! (Morning update - When I woke up and turned on the TV, NO VOLUME AGAIN. Did I warn the genius last night that the TV resets each time you turn it off)
Oh, my coffee pot was grosser than gross! I have pictures, but cannot post on this site. So much for relaxing with a cup of decaf! Called front desk, not so quick to respond this time. After 30 minutes I delivered the stinking like cleaner filthy Kurig to the front desk. They let me know they had no more replacements. . .
I'm in customer service - Think real hard (maybe you could change my room)
Wake up in the morning to take a shower at 8am. Hot water is gone. . . no water pressure. . . by the time I am done with my shower I am standing in 1" of water! Gross!
