Brittany helped us so much. We came for the funeral of my oldest brother. She went above to make are stay very pleasant.

I love extended stay hotels. :). This place was very convenient, loved the ability to rent appliances like a Crock-Pot or oven since there was no stove in the room and the washer was free which was very helpful. We got put into a handicapped room which seemed small and the kitchen could definitely use some work as there was little to no counter space and one outlet behind the microwave that was hard to get to. There was a fitness center, which left something to be desired, but it had the basic treadmill, elliptical, and multi-functional weight machine so it did the job. Really wish there had been a pool or at least a hot tub. Loved the cupboard as they had tons of little useful items, snacks, and even frozen meals and ice cream with a microwave and coffee station. Very convenient for people who are away from home working long hours as it was open 24/7 and used the honor system with bill slips out into a locked box. Aside from the cupboard, there was an amazing Kroger located within walking distance from the hotel that was open until one. It had a restaurant, sushi station, liquor bar, and a Starbucks so the location was great. Staff was always willing to go above and beyond, and the housekeepers were excellent and very thorough. They also worked around a third shift schedule for us and came late in the day when they otherwise would have went home already. Didn't meet anybody unfriendly in the week that I was there, and would definitely visit again even though I do hope they make their scheduled improvements to the rooms, etc. Add a pool Candlewood!

The hotel is reasonable in price, kept up fairly well, with a comfortable bed. The best is a nice small kitchen with a large refrigerator/ freezer, small stove, large microwave, and a few utensils & plates. Just a little crowded.

Very clean and modern style rooms. It had everything I needed for my 2 night stay. Helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Great hotel, terrible people!! The hotel itself is very nice; the suites are large, clean and the kitchenette is very nice. However, the people running the hotel are very biased, judgemental, and money hungry. If you aren't an older rich white man with hundreds extra to spend every time they want to make up a new "fee", than I suggest you don't stay. I pay $25 extra per night per cat, and they tried to kick us out because they are worried about the cats. Even after I had agreed to pay any damages if a fluke occured (there were none) and even after the staff came in and verified the cats hadn't made a single mess, I was yelled at for half an hour because "well I don't know, some cats can be messy!". We are constantly reprimanded for stealing their overpriced snacks even after they pulled up footage on camera and witnessed us paying. If they don't look how you look, they will follow you your entire stay to yell at you "just in case".

The in-room kitchen was nice, but very primal. Caused a lot of smoke and stress. Additionally the wifi was terrible- couldn't even stream a short video. The room was comfortable though and they had a gym and laundry facilities.

WiFi only works in half the hotel. Poorly managed. Manager has an excuse for everything that's broke. Says wifi doesnt work because of people hooking up game systems. Ac didn't work manager says I didn't know how to run it. Side exit doors broke doesn't work manager said due to winter. Save your money go elsewhere.

Great value, nice room layout, big bathroom, nice kitchen amenities including free popcorn and microwave. Greated with friendly staff at 2am check-in. 5 stars if they offered breakfast.

This is your average Candlewood Suites. It's designed for extended stays. Each room has a kitchenette suite with a studio style room. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Internet speeds here are acceptable (between 5-10MBPS).
