My wife and I rented a studio room, which included a kitchenette--full fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, sink, silverware, dishes and a dishwasher (no oven). The living area contained a table with two chairs, an "L" shaped couch and a curved desk. The TV--located on the desk--could swivel to face the bed area of the room. King-sized bed, open bathroom sink concept and a basic setup for the restroom. First, the oddball stuff. Found it a little strange there was no oven, considering the kitchen had practically everything else. But then again, it's a hotel room. Not an apartment. Oddity #2, a 4pm check-in seemed a bit late in the day. And equally strange, we requested a room with a fireplace via a phone call one week before our stay. No such luck upon our arrival. I checked with the front desk about a fireplace room, but they said none were free. Seemed suspect, as the hotel did not look busy. These quirks are forgivable. Front desk service was friendly--even when crushing our fireplace dreams. It was awesome having the full fridge. The gym area was sufficient and we enjoyed the elliptical. Pool area also solid. A lot of natural light via bay windows. The hot tub felt like my one-year-old son's bath water. Not cool! Sometimes though, a negative can flip to a positive. This happened when a polite employee apologized for the situation to us as we exited the pool room (we had not voiced our issue). It was a heater issue and he was working on it. Transparency is appreciated! In closing, I do wish the continental breakfast featured stronger coffee and a waffle maker. But this hotel is in a great spot for going to Toledo's parks, restaurants, zoos, Kohl'sjust name it. We'll be back for sure. Salud.

It is a wonderful hotel with good staff and very nice suites. The amenities of the hotel are wonderful, gym, swimming pool, etc are very nice and well maintained. Highly recommend this hotel

Internet is very slow. I will probably stay elsewhere in the future because of this. The hotel is very clean and the staff is fantastic. So if you have no desire or need to have fast internet this is a great place to stay.

Rooms are very nice and clean. Hotel seems to have been updated fairly recently and looks pretty new. Good location right off of I80.

This place is really well maintained and comfortable. Normally I would rate it a full 5 stars, but our party had several rooms and all of them had issues with the doors getting stuck. You have to swipe you room key a few times then jiggle the door and press on it hard with your shoulder. Two of us went down and talked to the front desk about it. Just be forewarnedhard to fight with the door when you have hot coffee or are carrying luggage.

Great hotel. Stayed overnight on a road trip. Right off the highway, easy to find. Staff was awesome. I travelled alone with an infant and staff was extremely accomodating- getting a pack n play late when we got in and grabbing a high chair/helping clean up breakfast. Room was clean and good temperature. I couldn't hear any other guests. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area!

Room was very nice. We stayed in a suite. The suite accommodated three of us well with one on the pullout couch. Extra linens were provided in room. The fireplace was nice but unnecessary. Water temperature and air condition both worked great! Location is very accessible from the highway but removed enough to be quiet. Large selection of restaurants nearby. Gym, pool and breakfast were amazing! Breakfast well stocked with hot foods (waffles!), Cereals, yogurts, and juices. Gym had free weights, treadmills, and bikes.

Nice, well appointed suite hotel. The room had a king bed, separated from a living area with a pull out sofa. The full size refrigerator is very useful. The indoor pool and free breakfast were both great

I was pleasantly surprised to find the room fully equipped and furnished for a long-term stay. We were only there one night, but I would highly recommend the residence inn for anyone needing accommodations for a week or more. The hot breakfast was also surprising good.

This was my first stay at a Residence Inn and I was very impressed. For the price, these are by far the largest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. We were able to visit with some family in one room and we had plenty of space for everyone.

Upon arrival the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The decor is fresh and updated. We stayed in a suite and found it to be clean and modern. The vanity in the bathroom is separate from the shower and toilet so two people can get ready at once. Breakfast in the morning was a little awkward. We missed out on a few options because of the set up being spread out 8n separate rooms. The surrounding area near the hotel has several options to dine. We will return when visiting Toledo

I stayed here for a wedding. At first, my husband and I thought the hotel looked really nice and clean. However, we quickly discovered our sink vanity didn't have hot water and our room was infested with stink bugs. The bugs covered the headboard and ceiling and we were uncomfortable sleeping in the room. Luckily, Tia at the front desk was very accommodating and switched our rooms. The new room was a lot better and the sink had hot water and no bugs.
In the future, please warn guests about potential bugs in the first floor rooms.response / report this review -

We needed a pet friendly hotel for a few days due to a power outage. We stayed with a 70 pound dog and 10 month old baby. There was a full kitchen, besides oven, large fridge and freezer and enough space for a reasonable price. Convenient location. Clean room. Would stay at a residence in anywhere in the future.
