Cool place with a beautiful beach front but very dated. The cabinets were missing handles, one of the light bulbs was burnt out, old phone didn't work, loud window a.c. that took forever to cool down, dangerous steps to get to the 3rd floor and the Wi-Fi password never worked. Convenient location with nice docks for your boat and pet friendly.

Cute cottage feel.. The rooms were clean and the owners were really nice and helpful.. I would definitely stay here again. We had more than enough towels and extra pillows! Always a plus. The lakeside beach was peaceful and fun for the kids to explore. Bring you fishing poles! Thank you to the staff for an enjoyable weekend.

Disgusting! Only gave a star cause it was only option. Huge roaches crawling on floor. Over priced and not so friendly service. Outdated rooms. Only construction workers stay here and I'm a construction worker. Do not stay here unless you don't have a choice or you're looking for a no tell hotel.

I'm truly unsure where all these positive reviews come from. This place was so filthy, that our refrigerator had dried bugs scattered on it. Everything was absolutely filthy, our towels were literally covered in clumps of dirt. The entire place was a dump, and for the price? We stayed at a five star hotel a week prior for half the price and way better the experience. Don't let the outside fool you, the inner rooms look disgusting compared to it. I highly suggest you ask to see the rooms before you even considering staying here. We wound up leaving two days early because the filth was just too much to bear. Keep in mind this IS a MOTEL, not a HOTEL, and honestly, some of the people I saw walking around, this place isn't even safe. Do NOT take your children here.

Great location. Clean rooms. Great view. Landscaping maintained. Clean pool. Owner sold my daughter a Beanie Baby from a McDonald's happy meal from 1993 for $6 in the gift shop though. I sent her to pick something out and I didn't read the tag until we got home. So definitely an awesome place to stay just watch out in the gift shop.

Parking lot was super tight, but the staff was great! Room was nice, though outlets were wonky (a few were so pushed in i couldn't plug in my charger). Beds were comfy, plenty of blankets and pillows, room was nice and clean. But i think the biggest charm to this hotel was the location. Right on a lake, the view was absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of space to just sit and relax, bbq, swim in the pool. I would highly recommend staying here if you don't mind small time places with great people.

Spent a delightful week here with my grandkids. Peaceful, beautiful, close to Legoland. Great pool, breakfast and owners could not have been nicer. Plan to come back next year.

Staff is friendly, very helpful. Within a mile of Legoland. Amazing view overlooking the lake. Only down fall is, it's hard to turn in keys if you check out before they open. No military discount.

Location to Legoland was great. My mom stayed at the hotel so we were only in and out to pick her up. She enjoyed her visit and continental breakfast.

Old school Florida at its finest. Quaint motel true to days gone by. Large rooms and suites, each with a screened porch to enjoy the gorgeous lake views. Perfect spot for a romantic getaway without leaving town. We'll be back as often as possible. Loved it.
