This place is very spacious an lovely. front desk staff is very kind and friendly although when I went into the lobby in the hot box was really filthy they could have clean it a little bit better but all in all I enjoyed myself and breakfast other than the hot box being filthy I would not mind coming back to this place.

Good Experience, clean rooms, comfortable beds and surrounding.The staff was friendly and quick to respond, the breakfast was very tasty, from cereal, bacon,eggs, biscuits, oatmeal, sausage etc. I really appreciated the quite surrondings with restaurants just a short walk away.

The room was clean a spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even keep a spare corkscrew at the front desk when you need you open a bottle of wine after a long day.

The Front desk service is friendly and helpful during your stay. I discovered the day after my stay that I had left a pillow behind. I called the front desk and was told that housekeeping had left for the day and they don't have a key to their office. They took my number and said they would check in the morning and then call me. I called 3 times over the next several days. I then called again and asked to speak to the manager who was not in at the time. I expressed my concern that if someone would take a pillow then I'm sure more items are being lifted by housekeeping. No return response from the Manager either. I realize this is just a pillow but the main point is they have a thief.

This was a fabulous hotel. It was clean, the employees had very good customer service skills and the breakfast was enticing. Full cable TV channels. It will be only stay option in Cumming going forward.

The location is nice, there's restaurants around and it is close to the highway. The rooms are really clean and the service is always quick to serve you.

Very clean hotel close to highway on and off ramps. Rooms are large and nicely appointed. A good hotel for a business traveler. As always with Holiday Inn Express hotels, breakfast is included!

One of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time. My room was perfect. It appeared to have all new modern lamps and fixtures. The bathroom was very nice as well. The breakfast bar was good.

Had a pleasant two night stay at this location. The hotel desk attendant Canisus is a pleasant & thoughtful young man who greeted us upon our arrival and spent some time to converse with us during the complimentary breakfast. The location is seconds away from the highway and major stores & dining options. Would stay here again.
