Staff was extremely helpful, nice place to stay for sure. Pillows were awkwardly small, but otherwise no issues!

I will like to start with how I ended up at country Inn. On 9/29/2017 my apartment was broken into and had to leave for the night,I walked into Country Inn at 1 am and met this wonderful employee her first name is Nicole, GOD seen I needed her at a moment of need. I shared my terrible night with her and she gave a hearing ear. Nicole proceeded to book the room and tell me of the items in the room and breakfast is served at 7 am. I told her I had to be at work at 7 and I would leave by 6. On my way out to work Ms Nicole had a plate of breakfast ready for me. GOD SENDs BLESSINGS IN DIFFERENT WAYS. I hope your company recognize your hospitality. Rooms are clean,beds are comfortable and hospitality is #1. Thank you again Nicole.

Everything was ok until checkout.
-Rooms are nice and clean.
-Staff is friendly, for the most part
-Rates were changed upon check in as they claimed we didn't notify them of the number of people we were bringing even though we had the email notification saying otherwise.
I noticed during my 2 night stay that the American flag out front was torn and faded. I asked them to change it multiple times to avail. I even offered to replace it. The management there told me I have no right to touch their flag even if it is shredded on their flag pole. If I did change it, they would charge me for it. He informed me that they have a company that comes out ONCE a year to maintain their flags. I took it down anyway. He confronted me in the parking lot and proceeded to get into an argument with me in front of my family. I offered again to put up a new one and he told me not to and that he was upset that they would have to now wait until next month for the company to come out and put up a new $10 flag. What a joke. It is the midst of a refurbishment so things may improve at this property. Right now though I would check out other hotels. It was convenient to the Infinite Arena.

The location was okay. The rooms were clean with the bathrooms having imperfections in the corners. Also the bathroom had a loose doorknob. Interactions with employees were pleasurable.

Very rude manager talked to me. Don't stay here. Claimed I smoked in the room and charged 500 $ when I explained I kept going outside to smoke I'm a heavy smoker and thought it was very triflin. Just because you have a bad day doesn't mean you take your anger out on paying customers. Paid 200 they kept the deposit and charged 300 on top of that then threatened to call the police when I tried to explain didn't even listen to anything I was saying but shoved a really high price in my face. It was the manager that worked with a girl named uli. Very unprofessional.

Love this place!! We stay here everytime were in town. The staff is amazing especially Tyron he goes above and beyond to make us feel at home!! The rooms are really clean and the beds are comfy. They have an excellent breakfast with different varieties. The area is very nice very quiet I have no complaints at all!! Thank you for everything!!!!
