I have stayed exclusively in Marriott properties for the last 9 years because of their consistently high quality and predictably good customer service. My stay here on December 8 represented a radical departure from that standard.

Soon after arriving in my room I noticed that I could not get the television to come on. I called the front desk to report it and the clerk informed me that the service was not available. I asked her why she didn't inform me of this when I checked in and I got no answer. Luckily, in this age of technology, I thought I would just stream the news program I wanted to watch that evening. However, the hotel wifi alternated between sporadic and off and I was unable to stream at all.

Later that evening I flush my toilet and hear the unmistakable sound of an overflow. I call the front desk for service and I am told I (and my family) will have to make it through the night without a toilet because it was "after hours" . I didn't know it was ever "after hours" in the hospitality business. I was told they would send someone up first thing in the morning when staff returned to work. The next morning I waited until 830 and no call or knock on the door for service. I have to call the front desk again to finally get my toilet unstopped.

This has been the most disappointing Marriott stay of my entire life. The customer service is sorely lacking and the attention to detail completely absent. I was not offered any compensation or reduction in fee or even an apology for that matter. Despite the fact that it is a physically appealing property in a convenient location I would never recommend it as a place to stay because of the lack od a customer service culture.

We always choose this place for convenience and proximity to restaurants we frequent. Clean, spacious rooms and courteous staff.

Beautiful rooms. We stayed in a suite with two bedrooms and bathrooms, perfect for our girls weekend with 4 adult women. The staff was helpful, and the continental breakfast was fantastic! Huge variety of dood with great healthy options.

Clean rooms, friendly service. Lots of social amenities offered but not always posted clearly (evening mixers and social events). Overall, great experience!

All of the people that work here are very nice, it's generally quite and the grounds are very pretty. There is a pond behind the building that is a pretty view but brings lots of mosquitos. The room is comfortable and a good size for just my boyfriend and I. The kitchen is pretty small but it has everything you need. The only issue is there isn't an oven in every room but most people aren't staying for as long as we are so I don't think it's that much of an issue..

I've stayed here a couple of times for work. The first time, everything was excellent - the staff was friendly and capable. The room was fantastic. The second time - the front desk staff couldn't get the billing correct to save their lives, the toilet in my bathroom ran constantly, and the air conditioner made a steady drip/knock sound when not running. Still, the location is great and having a full kitchen in all the rooms is terrific.

I had the MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE. PLEASE SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE! THEIR COSTUMER SERVICE IS COMPLETE TRASH WHEN YOU NEED THINGS SUCH AS TOWELS YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT 30MIN AT THE BARE MINIMUM, AND WHEN YOU CALL TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEM THE "OFFICE MANAGER HANNA HANGS UP IN YOUR FACE. I GUESS WHEN SHE IS TIRED OF ADDRESSING THE SAME ISSUES OVER AND OVER THIS IS SOMETHING SHE DOES AND REFUSES TO ANSWER WHEN YOU CALL BACK MULTIPLE TIMES. THEIR WI-FI DIDNT WORK NOR DID THE FIRE PIT, BOTH ARE AMENITIES THAT ARE INCLUDED IN THE STAY. ONCE YOU HAVE A PROBLEM YOU HAVE TO SPEAK WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER WHO IS NO HELP AT ALL BECAUSE SHE WANTS TO SEND YOU A SHORT APOLOGY THAT ISNT GENUINE , AND YOU KNOW THIS BECAUSE SHE DOESNT EVEN ADDRESS ALL THE ISSUES THAT YOU HAD, ESPECIALLY THE ONE ABOUT HER RUUUDDEE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF THATS SUPPOSED TO BE TRAINED TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER RELATIONS IN A CERTAIN MANNER REGARDLESS OF THE HOTEL ENVIRONMENT (I.E. VERY BUSY, SHORT STAFFED, OR JUST TIRED) BUT ARE NOT! THERE IS A WAY THAT YOU DEAL WIT CUSTOMERS. ENOUGH RANTING THO.. JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! PREFERABLY NOWHERE AFFILIATED WITH MARRIOTT BECAUSE CLEARLY THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS! REWARDS MEMBER OR NOT!

Only one staff member was helpful. Overall the staff at this establishment was well below average, compared to the Marriott hotels that we've been to. On our first morning they ran out of food for breakfast, then seemed upset that guests who had not been fed, asked for breakfast! The second day they ran out of forks.. Also on the first night. There was a party that was very loud, in a room very close to ours. This is not the hotels fault. However, the fact that I had to call the front desk for 20 min, to report it IS!!

Updated review to 1 star. Been here multiple stays and every time I ask for a pack and play for baby to sleep in they never have it setup. And then when they do its broken. NOT BABY/FAMILY FRIENDLY HOTEL!!!

Pretty ideal price point for long term stays. Rooms could use maintenance and bathroom door doesn't quite close and ceiling has gunk but overall good deal with proper amenities.
