The hotel is older. Carpet in our room was badly stained. The towel bar and shelf in the bathroom was dirty and rusted. The room was never made up the same, from day to day, some times they would replace cups,coffee,creamers,washcloths, sometimes not. Breakfast was not included, thermostat didn't work,fan in bathroom didn't work, bedside lamp didn't work. For the most part it was very clean, but I won't stay there again. They also had 2 bottles of water next to the coffee maker that were "free" to elite members otherwise you were charged and enhanced WiFi was at available at an additional charge! Very nickel and dime!!

The Hilton Garden Inn is a clean, visitor friendly hotel with nice amenities including a pool and weight room. There are also several restaurants within walking distance.

Very clean with good service. Hotel staff made sure the stay was easy and requests were met with no delay. The pool was clean and plenty of clean pool towels. The beds are soft to my taste and only reason not 5 starts

The lobby of the hotel is very inviting including iced fruit water and cookies. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very cozy with comfortable beds and soft towels. We could not adjust the temperature of our room to our liking at which time they offered to get us a new room. I would return to this hotel.

Stayed 07/09/2017. Rooms look nice but the bathroom door handle was broke and the lights in the bathroom flickered all the time. Went swimming with my 12 year old daughter and when we got down to the pool area the garbage can was overflowing with trash all over the floor. Also there were no clean towels and the basket of dirty towels was overflowing on the floor. When we checked in and went to our room there was dirty dishes in the hallway and on the table when we got off the elevator. When we left the next day all the dishes were still in the same place. Still was charged full price. My family and I expected so much more out of a Hilton. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable! Front desk attendants were professional and nice and cheerful! Breakfast buffet was on point though I wish it was included but for 10.95 all you can eat, it wasn't bad! They should add more to it though! Overall, great hotel. Would and probably will definitely stay again!

The management was extremely accommodating of a need for an extra late check-out. I'm sure my having diamond status was helpful. Very friendly staff and clean and quiet rooms.

It was a very clean.. Nice yet affordable place. The area felt safe..which is important when you are traveling in unfamiliar states. The lobby was very nice.. Fireplace Very cozy. They have quiet little nooks in the lobby for reading.. Or just relaxing and enjoying the quiet. They had drinks and snacks in the lobby as well. There is also a bar and resteraunt in the lobby..it was closed when we arrived.. But it looked very nice. I would highly recommended The Hilton Garden Inn..as it came highly recommended to us!

Good and bad experience. Bad - took three tries to get me into my room. First time key didn't work; second try was different room but someone was already in it. Third time was a charm. Next, after long day and drive, just wanted to eat in, even though Longhorn right across parking lot. Ordered steak medium rare. It wasn't and was quite dry. Good - nice fitness center with dumbbells, treadmills, and ellipticals. Breakfast delicious with very good bacon. Front desk gentleman took care of check-in problems to my satisfaction, so that gave back a star.
