This is a much better place now that it is In Town Suites. The new manager Maria does a great job and things have really improved.

Rude staff, zero customer service, run by unprofessional management. If you need an inexpensive hotel with no customer service and a rude staff this is the place for you!!! We had family coming to the area for a short visit and they wanted an inexpensive hotel for a few nights. We made a reservation a month in advance (fortunately thru American Express-easy to cancel last minute with no fee charged). The day before check in, the manager called at 3pm and stated they were not open on Sunday so if they wanted to check in they would have to do so now and pay for an additional night. We argued to no avail that this was their issue and not ours but they did not care. Fortunately we were able to cancel without penalty and they went to the Holiday Inn nearby (a much better option). Do yourself a favor and pass on this place.

No housekeepers & when they did have housekeepers they did not clean the room properly unless you are in the room to ask if they are going to do this & that. They change your sheets & give you Trash bags once a week. Ice machine never works. Police always there. Rooms are decent but needs new management or something.

The worst place ever to stay I paid for a month-and-a-half I check in on the 22nd of February and I only got to stay there until Tuesday of this week.. my ex wife got me get out and will not refund my money ( $900) there is a shit load of bad bug there.Not a good place to stay at ..

This is the worst place to stay. Maria and Justin both suck at their job. Asked them both if I could switch rooms because of the neighbors neither one of them ever got back to me I've been here for almost 2 months now,l. Ever time I would see Maria she always looked pissed off USELESS !!!! on top of the worst emloyess ever, they never cleaned my room. I could go on but this place needs to RE hire new employees . Let Maria and Justin both go .

My daughter was attacked assaulted, and almost raped here!!
This is also where the folks who are homeless stay. There's a lot of drug activity too.
It is also where companies place their workers stay whom are from out of state, or not from the area.response / report this review -

Very nice therelived there a year only problem is police love to drive threw and makes it look like theres alot of other things going on if you move in there it's best to keep to yourself

This place is awful! Our room had bedbugs. I literally got eaten alive. When I told the manager about it, they acted like it was our fault and that it was no big deal. Didn't even apologize or offer us a discount or anything. This was on a Friday when I told them. Then they told us that we couldn't have another room and no one could come treat the room for bed bugs until Tuesday so either we could stay in that room or leave. They expected us to stay in a bug infested room with our 6 month old baby for 4 days. Needless to say, I called the health department and reported them!! I've never been treated so rudely at a hotel. You'd be better off sleeping in your car than staying at this place.
