After my last stay at this hotel this past week i will NEVER go back again. I booked the room for 2 nights and checked in after midnight, the night auditor at the front desk was very helpful, but other than her my stay here was just HORRIBLE! There was roaches crawling on the desk area and it was reported to the front desk after speaking with them they said they would send someone to take care of the bug problem and refund the points used to book the stay "I'm a Gold Marriott rewards member" i was more than pleased with that so i excepted. The was sprayed with my family and myself still in the room, the fumes were so strong we had to sleep with the Windows open. This was also reported to the desk and they did nothing! Mind you its winter time and we are sleeping with the Windows open so we can breathe. Next day at checkout we were told by the front office manger that the points would be rewarded back and she crossed off the cash portion for one night on the bill. Awesome right?! No! Not only did they not fix the situation we had in the room, they still charged me the full price for the total stay and 16,000 Marriott rewards points. They then proceeded to give me 800 points and say that should suffice. On top of that they charged the wrong credit card and caused a over draft. When asked about that the mangers response was yes we charged the wrong card but we will not take care of the fee we aren't responsible for that. But they are! When she finally saw that i was clearly upset she says "what do you want me to do for you ma'am?" It was at that point i realize if i never have to, i will NEVER stay there again, EVER! In response i should have told her clean your hotel so there's no roaches, don't spray so that your guest can't even breathe in their room, don't promise compensation and accommodation and don't follow through, pay attention to where you're billing your clients and have some customer service! Ugh I'm utterly Appalled as to how i was treated.

Loved the staff as my friend felt very awakened by speaking to one of the front desk clerks a young African American woman from Savannah who gave us great places to check out. Love the room spacious and clean.

I give this hotel 3 stars. Compared to most hotels I would say it's a 4 star, but compared to other Residence Inns it's a 2 star. So 3 is a middle ground.

The rooms are nice. The walls/ceiling could be a little thicker, I would here the people up stairs walking around at 3am. Some of the staff was friendly, others were a little rude.

Most of the amenities where not working properly. Grill worked, but there was no light over it, so you couldn't see what you where cooking 7pm because it was dark, not a huge deal, but a light would be nice. The first night we were told that the fire pit was not working.

The second night we grilled again and we really wanted to eat out by the fire pit. There was a table there, but the light there wasn't working. When my father in-law went in to ask about it he told them, "The lights and fan by the fire pit are not working.". We didn't need the fan, he was telling them that it was the lights on the fan are not working, and the fan is also not working. Just so they would know. As he walked away he could hear the lady at the front counter say to someone else, "Why is he complaining about the fan. It's cold out, who needs a fan now?"

The maintenance man came out to look at the lights (and fan). He was very friendly and got it working for us. We asked him about the fire pit. He said that it sometimes worked and other times didn't.

We looked at it more and found that you could see the pilot light was lit and we could smell the gas. Finally I fanned the gas over and it lit. They just need to move the pilot light closer to the gas, or move some of the fire pit rocks. Something is keeping the gas from the flame. Seems like an easy fix.

    Breakfast was great!

Again, it was a nice hotel, they just need to catch up on getting all their amenities working. Nicer then most hotels, but not as good as other Residence Inns I've stayed at.

I have spent months in this hotel because I travel to this area for work. I have tried all of the hotels in this area and this is my favorite. The staff at the front desk is very welcoming and always ready to help. The staff that prepares the breakfast is on top of their game. The coffee is plentiful and the food tastes great. My favorite part about staying at this hotel is the free food and beer on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. You will get this at any Residence Inn but you won't find the same friendly service and smiles that you find here with Maria Olimpia. The free dinners are the bomb! They actually cook a lot of great food and lay it all out buffet style. My eyes light up when I enter the lounge area and see all the warm food and the tub of beer. I even met some of the cleaning staff and they are all very friendly and thorough. My only minor complaint is that the trash can under the sink in the kitchen sometimes doesn't get emptied. As another reviewer mentioned, the hallways smell good so even walking down the hallways is a pleasant experience. The rooms are comfortable and bigger than you should need. I am not high maintenance so I wouldn't complain about a bed bug or a stain on the carpet but I really haven't seen any problems with any of the rooms here. I have stayed in probably 15 different rooms at this hotel and they are all the same; very clean and in great shape. I don't go around writing google reviews for everything but I felt like this hotel deserves some good reviews because they make it easier for me to live away from home for weeks at a time.

We enjoyed our visit tremendously. We got an upgrade since I am a Marriott rewards member and the room (two bedroom) exceeded our expectations. I want to thank Jim Flanagan (mgr) for making it happen.

The hotel was clean and spacious. Check in was quick and the room was clean. It was so nice to have the space of a suite when traveling with children. We were also able to save money by fixing simple meals in the kitchen. The hotel breakfast was fresh and the staff member working the breakfast area was helpful and friendly.

The place definitely needs to be updated. It's like they updated everything just up until 1997. Our room was clean though. The staff was friendly when I initiated engagement, walking by there was no greeting, that's probably not gonna change your mind about staying here or not, it is just an indication of the type of service here. It is worth what you pay though. I would recommend it.

The management and staff here have made a difficult time for our family a more enjoyable one. The helpfulness and friendliness, not to mention the willingness to go that extra little step, has me strongly recommending this place to anyone. The suites are spacious and well laid out. The gym is clean and nicely equipped. The lobby and breakfast area is modern and pleasant, the breakfast ample with plenty of variety. They host mixers every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, providing food, beer and wine. The hostess, Olympia, is a sweet, friendly woman who I cannot say enough about.

I had the worst experience here. The front desk was not only rude but demeaning and we ended up canceling when we were checking in. In my work I visit a lot of hotels but I will never stay at a Residence Inn by Marriott again.

I stayed here for a combined work / personal trip. The staff here took very good care of me and my work needs, while taking great care of my family I brought and our personal needs. The property is clean. The staff is great at going above and beyond the call of duty. If I am ever back in the area, it's where I will be staying.

Decent place to stay if your office is nearby.
Staffs are ok but their approach still can be improved to help the guests.
For ex, when i was asking their help to book a cab, it was not responded properly.
Hotel provides a free pick & drop but timings are not flexible.
