The worst IHG experience of my life. Paper thin walls, terrible breakfast, no security and I saw a cockroach every night. I kept my mouth shut and went through with it but I stayed here for two weeks and was expecting rewards, I even double checked to verify my account. Come to find out they never credited my account.
Not very tidy. Remodeling will hopefully make it better. This was my least favorite holiday in I've every stayed at
Absolutely terrible. Do not stay there. Did not feel safe at all. Lots of construction going on. They had removed a door to the outside and left it completely open overnight. Did not have proper security watching it and random people were standing around the opening at very late hours. The whole bottom floor smelled horribly of smoke. The rooms were not great either and were still trying to charge full price for the room. We knew there was going to be some construction but didn't think it was going to be anything like that.
Walls are paper thin. Guy next door was snoring loud and the other room next door heard a couple having loud sex. Manager told me he will switch out my rooms and not to worry and never did. This is the worst IHG property I’ve ever been to as a Spire Elite ambassador member. Spend the extra few dollars for another property people!!
If ur going to a Texas Rangers game, this hotel is very convenient bc a free trolley picks u up & drops u off at the gates!
Very neat and clean suites despite the ongoing renovation. A block or two away from Six Flags, Ranger Field and the Cowboys At&t Stadium. Good size rooms slightly bigger then other roons
A gracious staff and a nice hotel. The beds are comfortable and the shower has good pressure and temperature.
The staff is friendly and professional. The bed in my suite was to die for The most comfortable bed I've slept in at any hotel. The hotel is close to shopping, dining and to Six Flags. Loved it!!
Decent breakfast. Better coffee than La Quinta. Good bed. Nice pool. Cheap! Walk to the stadiums or ride the shuttle.
it wasn't a bad service or visit. the hotel was getting a new face lift. the worst part was there was a crack in the floor to the shower.
Very strange set up, halls don't look like halls in some places. They seems to be doing some remodeling right now which is great. Staff was nice and the room I got was very clean!
The Hotel was ready to go the moment we walked in the door, and was very kind and generous. The pool area was under construction but everything else was well kept including the breakfast room, meeting room, and most importantly the bedrooms.
I can't speak highly enough of how friendly, helpful and accommodating the staff were towards myself & and my teenage daughter - especially Stacey on the front desk and Lee. Our 2-day stay in Arlington was unexpected due to missing our connecting flight back home to Australia. In addition to great staff, our room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast very adequate. We were able to Uber to the local train station for less than $10 which gave us easy, economical access to Dallas and Fort Worth. Free shuttle to the DFW airport was also provided. Great value.
The front desk went out of their way to make sure we had an excellent stay. The best example is: My father had asked one the front desk attendant (can't remember name) if he could have a promotional poster after the bowl game was over. After the game we came to the front desk and asked about the poster. Another employee was at the desk at that time and she stated that the poster was gone. My father was upset but we understood that there was nothing we could do about it at that point. About 2 hours later there was a knock at our door and the employee that had told my father that we could have the poster was standing there with the poster. She had heard that my father did not get the poster so she called around other Holiday Inn’s to see if they still had the poster. She found one by the airport and went and retrieved it for my father. We was so happy!! Now that is what I call customer service.
