The Aloft is centrally located for shopping and dining. The staff is friendly and helpful, but parking in front of the hotel is difficult due to a nearby restaurant reserving so many spaces for themselves. Just remember that there is a parking garage and you'll be fine.

A clean, decent and minimalist hotel. The rooms are adequate to re-charge between meetings, dinners, etc. The gym has a universal machine and kept dumbbells. The parking lot in front of the hotel is small and is shared with other businesses so be prepared to park by the mall and walk to the hotel. Front desk staff is cordial every time you enter or leave. Housekeeping kept my room clean and stocked.

My wife and I had a great stay here; comfortable beds, modern rooms, great service and the bartender Nina was awesome!! Definitely will be back and the location is surrounded by stores and restaurants. Also it was my wife's and I anniversary and they do special requests which was cool because my wife was surprised. The reason why I didn't put 5 stars is because the fridge didn't have my drinks cold and there's no Jacuzzi. Overall a great place to stay!

Easy check in. Always like the modern look of Alofts. Also nice and clean. Sound proofing could have been better, could hear people outside in the pool from the 3rd floor.

Really nice hotel, especially for the price. It's very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. There's a nice bar area, workout facility, and pool. It's located in an area that's convenient with lots of food nearby and shopping, should you need anything. Definitely would stay here again.

We had a pleasant overnight stay. Location was easily accessible and within tons of amenities. The only part we didn't like was one of the beds we had. It was very stiff, woke up sore. But the other mattress was softer. Overall great experience. I'd recommend.

Very nice place. Room is clean and staff is very friendly and nice. Only thing is the bed is a little hard for my liking but it still was not bad. Would definately stay again

Nice room. Small but ok for what we needed. Tiny pool. Sadly an amenity that we would have liked to but couldn't use since it was so small, room for a few kids and not much else. No frills hotel. Snack area to buy items. No room service from the hotel but there's a menu for a British pub nearby for dinner only. Plan to eat out.

Unique rooms, full services, great staff although they seemed busy and understaffed when we had questions or needed something. Complimentary parking seemed to fill up quickly though we had no trouble. Quiet rooms, very clean. The public areas seemed well worn from use but still modern.

It's a mid range hotel that looks nice but needs some love and cafe on some of the details. My fridge didn't work, a mirror was broken and the grout needed to be redone. It's still a nice hotel though with a super friendly staff

This hotel reminds me of a classy older movie star (think Lauren Bacall). The lobby is impressive with lots of marble, gold gilt, and architectural features. Brass is everywhere. The rooms are large and very well equipped with king beds, fresh linens, sitting areas, and large bathroom. Free breakfast and free "kickback time" serving buffet of great foods and free mixed drinks, wine or beer. All the personnel working there were super helpful and friendly.
