We stay at Holiday Inns all the time this was one of the nice ones. They all are nice but only some of them are very clean

Probably the worst experience in a hotel I’ve ever had. The walls are paper thin. Our room was across from the laundry machine-ran all night. I could hear the neighbors talking in very loud Spanish the entire night. The heater/AC didn’t work well and was very loud-luckily the white noise it produced kept us from being able to hear the neighbors long enough for us to fall asleep. The bathroom was quite gross-mold on the ceiling. The bed was not comfy and neither were the pillows. Breakfast was sub-par. Overall-stay away, I usually don’t care where I’m staying if it’s just for one night but the fact that I got next to no sleep, woke up sick, have nothing good to say about our stay-makes me debate ever staying in another Holiday Inn Express.

Holiday Inn Express are certainly quality hotels. This one was a bit below par when compared to other HIEs I have been too. It's interior is a bit old and the breakfast room certainly needs some updating. Our room was comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was also very friendly. I am just not sure it's worth the extra price to stay at this HIE.

The beds were comfortable, the hot water was iffy at best, breakfast was simple and they ran out of milk. Staff was very polite. Had our smoke detector give the low battery alarm, and they tried to get us to wait until morning when all it needed was a new battery, which we finally convinced them to change.

Clean Hotel very quiet and comfortable bed. Quick check in as well as Express checkout. TVs need to be updated they are very small less than 40 in.

OK holiday inn, not much greater options in Fall River MA area. Gym could be upgraded with a little more equipment such as a bench and dumbell

Very very clean and staff very nice and accommodating. Downside The walls are too thin. You can hear your guest neighbor's conversations.

Not the cleanest place in the world, but nice and comfy for the night. Could hear people in the hallway through the giant gap in the bottom of the door (about 2 inches). Also could hear all the footsteps above us.

Edit: for three days in a row, no hot water and they JUST HAD A MEETING TODAY?!?! Come on! Get this fixed already - I am extremely frustrated and will not be coming back here again.

Very nice hotel for business visits. They provide everything you'll need as a business person coming to town. The rooms are nice and cold (not too cold tho!) And the hotel rate is very fair for the area.

On the night I stayed here, there was a party next door. The walls were so thin I could clearly hear their loud, vulgar, and often racist conversations. One of the re occurring topics of the night was "how strong the coke was".
I asked two separate front desk clerks to do something about it. The first asked them to stop, to no avail. The second actually called the police. This stopped the raucous behavior for twenty minutes or so. After which the yelling and loud music began again.
I was never offered another room, nor were my neighbors asked to leave.
This all went on until four in the morning. Which is when I decided to end the torture and leave.

Hotel staff was extremely accommodating and my room was spacious and clean. Not much to do in the area, but it was a great stop for the one night I spent there.

I reserved one room for 3 nights. When I arrived they start procedure with my credit card. For reservations I used business credit card but in check in I ask them to pay with my personal credit card. They have 30 minutes issues to change this. After that time finally I got magnetic key for room. That key did not work so I ask them to open the room, they give me another key but still not open my room so after 40 minutes they told me that room got damaged lock. They offer me another room but when I check in this room I found is not cleaned by housekeeper. I cancelled reservation and they promised me I will not charged a dollar. Today I found 3 charges in my bank. First for $ 109.69 from my business account, second for $329.07 and another charge for $394.88. This people have no idea how run this hotel.
