Always a nice stay when you come to the Holliday Inn Express. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Had a great sleep and location was perfect for the event that I was attending. The only issue I had was with the WiFi. It was spotty and kept kicking off and back on. Incredibly inconvenient when you need to do work and we’re hoping to get it done in the room.

Second time staying and is a great hotel when you don't want to pay $300 on an average night. Staff is friendly, especially the night shift that I interacted with. I'm in town for a very stressful event for me and my family and this hotel was quiet, and relaxing which helped me alot. Right on the waterfront and just down the street from dave and busters, the movie theater, and tons of shopping. Plus there is a 24 hr stake and shake literally next door, so that's on the plus side to.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn for one night between two days of training. The room was clean. The tv had 50 channels (no Comedy Central). The bathroom was clean. The shower water pressure okay. I felt comfortable.

The Holiday Inn Express in the Pittsburgh Mall area was a very nice neat clean professional Motel. The room was immaculate and the breakfast was above average. The staff went above and beyond the Call of Duty to try to assist you in any of your needs whether it was related to the hotel or not. I totally recommend it and for the price you can't beat it.

Hotel was wonderful! They upgraded us to a very nice 2 room suite. All the staff was great, very friendly and extremely helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again when back in the area!!

Nice location, comfortable bed. Rooms are pretty small, and the shower lacked good water pressure. Lots of small details overlooked like a tear in the shower curtain.

The location of the Hotel is close to many amenities and local eateries. The room was clean but a bit noisy when located on the first floor. Check-in was easy an no hassle

Hotel was clean and new looking. Everything was in great shape. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff was cheerful and friendly. Breakfast was better than expected with hot items available.
