Had a stay here for 14 days. Nice rooms, excellent service. Bar in the lobby, and they serve dinner even at midnight. The breakfast is the only downer- not a good selection. And if your staying for more then a weekend - grab something with you from another place and store it in the freezer in your room 😉 overall a good stay and the service was perfect 🖒

Me personally. It was just okay. Friends in our group couldn't get hot water for 3 days. Restaurant was not the best. They ran short of food. Some soups were nothing more than broth, and needed to be sent back to be heated. Service was fair. Breakfast servers were great.

It was an enjoyable experience. Friendly staff. Nice, clean, spacious rooms. Only complaint is the walls were a little thin, but I can sleep through anything.

I give no stars.
No extra blankets and only a thin cotton blanket on the bed - we like to sleep in a cool room with a warm blanket.
Only one short towel rack for both our bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. Ridiculous.
Only one chair and an ottoman. So only one of us can sit back and relax.
No safe in the room - it is downstairs at front desk. Very inconvenient.
Not bough coffees in the room. Have to chase more at front desk and they then order them.
NOTHING WORKS SMOOTHLY. STAYING HERE KICKS OFF MANY SMALL FRUSTRATIONS.

Attend Crown Plaza Suites Pittsburgh South for a wedding reception and stayed the night. Reception felt flawless. Food and dessert was very good. Event had open bar and drinks were good. Room was very clean, bed was a bit soft for my taste. Overall if planning a wedding reception where need a place for guests to stay would not hesitate to use this facility.

Attended family event in conference space. Parking is great and space was nice. Breakfast provided was average for catered hotel. Staff deemed a little overwhelmed with a larger event next door; responsiveness could have been better.

I went to an event in the part aside from the actual hotel with the guest rooms, and it was very clean and nice. I would recommend this place to other people looking to host or attend an event.

Very nice rooms, clean and modern. Hotel bar had an amazing bartender. He was very attentive, gave everyone quick service and it was busy. Kudos to him!!

My work uses this facility for our trainees. Amazing job keeping everything organized and tending to the needs of our trainees. Everyone there makes our people feel welcomed and at home. I can not say enough good about them.
