Very nice accomodations. Standard hotel fare, the usual stuff; pool, gym, continental breakfast, etc. Good location, convenient distance from downtown, spacious room with kitchenette. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Nothing mind-blowing but we had a good experience on our trip there. Would go back there if I visited pittsburg again.

Well worth the little extra for such a large comfortable room. Although we only stayed one night I could easily imagine staying here a week or more.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Whole place was spotlessly clean. Pool and fitness room were great and also very clean.
Free wifi was a touch on the slow side but still usable for basic browsing.
Would certainly use this hotel again.

This was my first time at a Residence Inn, and I have to say I'm hooked on the concept. The room felt like a well appointed apartment with a living area, full kitchen, bedroom, and large bathroom. The option to have groceries delivered to your room by the hotel is great for a longer stay. You have everything you need to cook and eat in your room instead of going out if you desire. Great place!

I stayed here one night. The room was clean and the breakfast had a few good options. The place is in a suburb of Pittsburgh with bring shopping and restaurants. It is located on the east side of the city with an easy access to the downtown areas such as the convention center. The drive is roughly twenty minutes.

Staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Rooms always very clean. Daily breakfast is a nice amenity. They also have quick dinners on Mondays and Tuesdays which is nice if you don't feel like going out.

Very nice rooms. The spinning tv doesn't stay very well but is nice. Breakfast includes make your own waffles which is a plus.

Makes a nice home- away- from- home, for short stays. But, there are very limited cooking utensils and pots & pans, at this location. So, this location isn't too great for longer stays. And, watch what you let the office staff know about you and why you're there. They aren't above trying exploiting information, for their own financial benefit. So, don't be afraid to go to management.

This Hotel is located far enough from the highway to have some peace, but is still easily found behind Sheetz gas station. The rooms are pretty great. Spacious, with full size fridge and lots of amenities. If you are going to host a meeting, know that outside food is not permitted. It also seemed like we were limited to one pitcher of water. Overall, this was one of the better places that work has put me in.

The room (king) was very spacious. The front desk was pretty well attentive, but didn't seem to be able to communicate with billing very well. The refrigerator was dirty. Spots and looked like something leafy in the drawer. For one night, maybe, but not for a week again. I would have expected something much better for this type of brand.

My first experience at this hotel 2 years ago was a positive one so I returned this weekend for a 2 night stay. On night 2 of my stay (Sunday of Memorial Day weekend), me and a friend returned to the hotel at around 11:30 pm following a Pirates night game. The young man at the front desk was watching South Park in the lobby, which is inappropriate but wasn't my biggest problem. When we returned to our room, neither of our keycards worked. We went back to the front desk where we were told that our cellphones probably scrambled the keycard, so the same young man issued us new cards for our room (room 131) without ever verifying our identity or confirming that we belonged in room 131. Nothing is more important that providing security for your guests, and because of this experience, I will never visit this hotel again. How can you give people keys to a room at 11:30 at night without confirming that they are guests at your hotel and are staying in that room?

Staff is nice, close to food and gas which is great. Kitchen is really nice and clean. Coffee/tea available all day. Carpets did not seem clean as there were huge stains on them. Also the bathroom vent never turns off. I don't personally mind that because I like white noise but I couldn't sleep because the sheets were so scratchy I couldn't stop itching.

The room was spacious and extremely clean. Although not located in the nicest section of town, the hotel itself was extremely nice, and the price was excellent. Breakfast hours are not flexible at all--don't be late! The staff was friendly and helpful. We would happily stay here again.

Well styled and modern hotel. Comfortable rooms and bed. Full size refrigerator in suite, as expected by brand. Breakfast is above average for the usual free meal provided by similar hotels. Coffee is not very good. Staff is pleasant and professional.

So I believe that the staff at this hotel is very good. They are all extremely friendly and helpful and they are the main reason I give 3 stars. I also think that the location is great considering you are within walking distance to Sheetz and buffalo wild wings.

I was given a two bedroom suite even though I was by myself. The room was alright looking and the full kitchen is a nice touch. I did not think the carpets looked very clean and I did find a roll of dental floss on the ottoman which makes me question how thorough the cleaning is done on each room.

Other reviews have said that they think the beds are comfortable, but I honestly thought they were entirely too firm and I did not sleep comfortably. The pillows were also very inconsistent.

The air unit is very loud in the main room and I found myself just not using it during the day and closing the bedroom door at night. The unit also only allows for an auto setting.

Last complaint is that the bathroom fans will run non-stop unless the master switch is turned off. I have no idea why this is and seems like a very poor decision.
