The rooms were a little small and so are the bathrooms that we went in but that is okay I just stay there for one night on my way to Williamsburg Williamsburg was really fun and I got to learn about history and I went to IHOP too and I went to a cool pizza place so you should all go to this hotel so yeah
The room was decent and tidy. It was quiet even though I was close to a main throughway. I would stay at this location again
Good Hotel. The service was rude with me when we first got there and it seemed like once they realized what they done, they tried to correct it. Also, first room they put us in one of the beds was not done and the lock on the door was not secure to the wall. They had to move us to a different room. But once all that was over the stay there was great.
We only live 15 minutes from this hotel but could not get home due to downed trees and power lines. They gave us an extra discount on our room, which they didn't have to do. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and very nice. We will definitely stay at red roof inn the future!!
I had a few problems with the hotel since I checked in. First, they wouldn't give me a first floor room even though I requested it unless it was a handicap room. That was a bunch of bull. Secondly, in my room I found dog hair and bugs. The housekeepers did not do a good job at all at this hotel. I don't know how you can miss clumps of fur on the bed and throughout the room. I don't know what made this a "Plus" hotel. There were no extra amenities such as a pool or free breakfast. Then on Saturday, I had a few issues as well. A neighbor decided to bring his two bully breed dogs with him to the hotel, letting them run around the parking lot without a leash & desecrate everywhere without cleaning it up. He had done this also on Sunday morning. I called and complained about it on Saturday as well as spoke to another front desk attendant on Sunday morning about it. They do not have a pay for pet policy or any pet policy in fact in place. I'm a dog person, but I do not tolerate irresponsible dog owners. Clearly, the hotel did nothing about it when I complained on Saturday. I doubt they'll change their policies after the second time I complained. Then also on Saturday, another front desk attendant had called me while I was working at my event claiming I needed to move my car. Uh, moron - my car was not there. It was at the convention center all weekend. I had to argue with this front desk attendant to tell them that it wasn't my car. They didn't understand that there are other makes and models that are the same color and year as my car. That's a conversation I shouldn't have had if the front desk attendant was smart enough to look at what state the car belong to. I just know this was my second Red Roof Inn this year and I most likely won't ever be back to one. I would almost rather stay at Motel 6 for the price too. The only benefit about this hotel, it was accessible to get to where I needed to be while I was in town.
Great price for a good room. Honestly there is nothing special about this hotel. Rooms are clean if a bit small. Staff was certainly polite and professional. I can't say anything bad, just a no frills place to stay.
Nice friendly check-in, efficient, the room was very comfortable. Just a couple weird insects in the bathroom crawled away with their fifth star. (Seemed like the kind ofÙ‹ potato bugs that might only crawl only into ground floor rooms.) Otherwise, a great bargain, and a nice place.
The rooms were relatively clean, under the bed was really dusty, but mostly it was ok. The rooms smelled older and almost like they used to allow smoking.
Nice people and convenient to get to pitt
A great value. Michael and staff were great. They were pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean, updated, and spacious.
Clean, modern but basic rooms. For the price this is a good deal. About 10 miles from Pittsburgh. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The weekdays were quiet. But on the weekend, the neighbors in the next room were having a loud party. Banging, thumping, slamming doors, shouting, and running around knocking on all the doors at 4am. If it wasn't for these people, it would be 5 stars. Everything else about the place is positive and I will stay here again in hopes that this isn't the norm. Nice little view
It is a wonderful place. Tony the guy at the front desk is awesome. All the housekeepers are wonderful especially Ann. I will stay at this hotel again. It's reasonably priced and the service that u receive is by far the best. I would like to rate 10 stars if I could. Thank you Tony and Ann for making our stay unforgettable and also the rest of the staff. This is a well oiled machine.
