Attended an annual social event in the ballroom this evening. This was, for me, the second time there. The hotel is conveniently located, moderately appointed, and appeared to be appropriately clean. The big disappointment was with the food and food service. It was unacceptable. They served roasted chicken, roast potatoes, green beans, tossed salad and cake. Not only did the food taste bland, the chicken was dry and tough, the salad had wilted, dark spots on the lettuce, and the cake was cut and left out uncovered for several hours. I work in event planning and have never experienced a Hilton property serving food that was this below par. Along with that, be aware that your banquet staff definitely needs some food and customer service training.

The hotel was easily accessible and offered everything needed in one location for the event. They provided a good meal and accommodated changes to quickly and seamlessly. I would gladly attend another meeting or conference here anytime.

Nice place great breakfast staff. But the rest of the stay was boot with staying in this Hilton garden inn. The weight room was locked and no-one gaff the keys the fresh staff, a majority of the time, was talking to each other and not helping customers. Overnight staff was "shoes off (really in their socks)" when I asked about coffee, amenities or questions. Below the standard of a Hilton Garden Inn. There's another Hilton property around the corner. I'll try that one next trip.

The lodgings and hotel itself was fine but there were some oddities. Like no fan and little light in the bathrooms. The main flooring and wallpaper was truly showing its age.

Convenient location near Washington PA. The room and lobby were beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. It would have been 5 stars if the smell of steak hadn't reached up to my room from the restaurant downstairs. I was on the fourth floor.

I attended a wedding at this location recently, and it was beautiful. The grounds outside are well maintained and the back courtyard feels intimate because of the landscaping. Inside, the ballroom is huge and clearly they are accustomed to hosting events. The staff were polite and for the number of people in attendance, very attentive. It was the perfect venue.

Met people at the restaurant for breakfast, the staff was under a lot of pressure as a middle school basketball team from Akron was there and we're being incredibly disruptive and rude. Despite this the staff was still incredibly friendly and as helpful as they could be despite the other horrible customers. I would recommend the restaurant to others as the staff clearly knows what they're doing.
