I attended meeting here and also stayed the night. The food at the meeting rooms was very good. The meeting room was up-to-date date and comfortable. The hot room was very nice and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit older bit very clean.

This is in my top 10 worst hotels I have ever stayed. The internet doesn't work. The facility is not maintained. The rooms are old. My room had to be changed and they moved me to a room that had net even been cleaned. The front desk manager didn't care. The GM never contacted me as I had requested. They just do not care. This was the last time I will ever stay there and I am in Pittsburgh every month for a week at a time. Plus, I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member. Do yourself a favor. Even though the rates are low, this hotel is not worth it. At any price.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. Loved the breakfast, Pool and It's big. The only thing I didn't like, was that I couldn't find the way to connect to the internet until the final day. So pretty much everything was amazing. Me, mom and my brother will surely be staying here again. Lastly it was in a mall so it was busy during Black Friday. I could see it from my room. Thank You Doubletree.😀😂😁

Cost CUTTING to the max.
WiFi does not work unless you are 1 feet from the main door.
There was ONE regular coffee pot and 2 sugar packets in this room that is made for 4 occupants.
Their guest services in the TV never works.
Staffs are barely available and are least friendly.
Very cheap soaps, shampoos and towels.
It's cheap through some sites. Worth it if you are looking for a room to crash for a day. Not fit for any other reasons. An Inn would be better than this.response / report this review -

Attended a work function here. The facilities were very nice. There was plenty of room for well over 200 people. The hotel provided us with fruits, pastries, and cereal. They also offered hot and cold drinks. One of the break out rooms was much too cold, but a quick inquiry of staff to turn the temperature to a more moderate level and everything was perfect in minutes. Very good service.

The bright, clean, and airy Oxford Room provided a fitting venue for a brunch presented by a sorority. Brunch items included scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, fresh fruit, pastries, and chicken and waffles. The area was spacious and pleasant. The wait staff was accommodating.

Spacious rooms,for the price you pay at a pricey hotel,in each room you can constantly hear people in the hallways not even screaming just talking. You can hear doors slamming on other rooms. Very busy hotel. Good location. Staff are all nice. No worry you aren't drunk the floors have hills in them too lots of places in floor that are not flat.

Basic room, but clean. No refrigerator. No towel rack. Air conditioning system was very loud and never cooled below 70 degrees. The room seemed warmer than that. The air conditioning system (and its noise) stayed on all night without cooling the room. Had to drink room temperature water with no refrigerator. Ice "bucket" was the size of a glass. Had to throw out our leftovers from dinner as we had no way to keep them. Disappointed. Thought Doubletree would be a better experience than this. Could have had a better stay in a less expensive hotel. Will know better next time.

Great hotel and staff! Josh and Lance went above and beyond to make sure our stay was top-notch. As busy as it was, they made the effort to go out of their way for the guests, which made our experience here close to perfect. Every hotel should treat their guests this well. We will definitely be back.

The service at the double tree was respectable and efficient. The staff was very friendly and quick to respond. The location of the venue was very accessible and convenient. It also had a lot of good parking options and availability.

Went here for a professional event. It was well-catered for the most part, and the staff was friendly. The space was almost perfect for the event. The only issue I had was this strange interaction, where they had coffee, tea, and juice set out, and when I asked about water, they said it wasn't scheduled for another 2 hours. To their credit, though, after I gave them a blank stare of incomprehension, they put out a dispenser for it 5 minutes later.

I stayed at the DoubleTree this weekend. A few friends went to Pittsburgh for the weekend and I decided to go with something a bit cheaper outside of the city. I was impressed. It was my first time staying at a Hilton-owned hotel and I enjoyed it. The room was very nice with the usual television, desk to work at, and a pull out sofa. The front desk staff was helpful and accommodated anything I asked for, and most of the people I talked to were very friendly. If you're looking to stay in the greater Pittsburgh area, I highly suggest this hotel!

I attended Steel city comic con over the weekend and stayed at the doubletree. I stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. Very clean room. Nicely set up. There should be a mini fridge in the room though. Good service I stay here every time I take my family to comic con.

My family and I stayed the weekend to attend steel city comic con at the monroeville convention center. The rooms are nice and very clean. But I guess pretty thin walls I could hear the people in the room above me talking through the vent in the bathroom. Another guests had dogs that barked in the morning pretty early. Great hotel though and nice friendly front desk people. I do wish the rooms had a mini fridge at the very least.
