I loved the layout of the room. Very elegant for the affordable price. The beds are well made with white sheets and amazing sheets to cover. There are two bed lamps that have electricity outlets so that you can charge your phone and laptop.
The bathroom is also amazing. It has a bathtub and shower with hot and cold. There are also amazing bath essentials. The shampoo, conditioner and lotion ansndre from bath and body works and smell amazing. There are also 3 sets of full body towels, 3 towels for the waist and 3 handkerchiefs.
The wardrobe is just a bit tiny but the television is large screen and the desk is neat.response / report this review -

Great HI Express to stay at outside JFK. Typical airport amenities such as airport shuttle. Good breakfast. Staff is very nice and polite. I have stayed here a few times and it’s consistently good. Very clean. The best part is the location. Very easy to drive right into JFK via the expressway.

Location to airport is great and they have a shuttle to take you to JFK. Rooms are usually all ways nice for holiday inns and same with the service. We usually book holiday it's usually all ways safe choice

Staff behaviour needs improvements. Nice rooms. Breakfast can have more varieties. Staff denied an adaptor for my mobile that I always get in any hotel when requested. Rooms should have refrigerator.
It's funny that drinking water bottles are not provided in rooms.
This month I stayed in 4 hotels and services in this hotel were the poorest. I may not stay in this hotel again. IHG management needs pay attention.response / report this review -

Room was clean but perfumed cleaning products were used, leaving a noticable aroma. Housekeeping staff was excellent, responded immediately and opened window, adjusted a)c unit, etc.
Breakfast was nice, and 24/7 hot coffee and tea we're welcome (nice blends of brewed coffee, not instant).
Hotel staff are really nice, bilingual, and took pride in providing good service.
Even though the hotel is adjacent to the highway, I hardly heard any noise - they had good windows.
Would stay here again, it's a good value for a room at one if the world's busiest airports, JFK.

Fast check in, good room product and comfortable bed for a layover. Bathroom was well stocked with amenities and towels. Breakfast was included. Larissa and Manpreet at the front desk were exceptionally helpful - highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Awful, so awful! This hotels rating has got to be mixed up with another one. Room is clean but somehow still felt dingy. It is in a sketchy feeling area, bars on window and tall fences with barbed wire at the top. I honestly didn't feel completely safe and just staying one night instead of two. Also there was SOOOO much noise around the hotel I couldn't sleep. Trash truck came at 10 at night and I don't know what else but it sucked.

While not necessarily a luxurious hotel this hotel was perfect for what we needed - a comfortable and safe place to stay overnight due to a flight delay. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and the beds were quite comfortable.

Location for JFK layover and staff wonderful. Highway noise a minor issue. If you're a light sleeper, request a room on the back.

This is a very convenient place to stay when catching a flight at JFK. The location is serviceable for this purpose it is not a location for a vacation. The room was nice but small, yet very clean. The reception was very good.

One of my best hotel stays. The staff is everything. Especially Cindy and Larissa (sp?) who were super welcoming and friendly from beginning to end! They were very helpful in suggestions for eating, getting to Manhattan, etc
The location is very convenient to the airport and the shuttle is timely and easy. The breakfast was great and varied from day to day with a selection for everyone from eggs, sausage, biscuits, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, fruit, etc. The rooms were very clean and the beds and pillows were super comfortable.
