Clean ,comfortable rooms.Great beds. Staff was accommodating when we needed an extra mattress. The breakfast buffet was better than expected. Only complaint was no bacon other than Canadian. All in all well worth an overnight stay close to the airport. Beats same day traffic!

Great service if you need a place to crash between flights. The shuttle van driver is a great guy. I enjoyed talking to him about Georgia as I was heading to Russia.

Nice hotel. Easy to check in and find my way. Breakfast was suspect but free. Valet isn't crazy expensive.

The hotel accommodations were very nice, the food was excellent - dinner and breakfast. Unfortunately, there was a family that was very inconsiderate and noisy all night. They also had a dog that barked constantly.

The staff was very pleasant, even at 4:00 am. The room clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was okay with fresh items coming from the kitchen all the time. The shuttle to and from the airport was very quick as the hotel is very close to JFK. All in all it was a good place to layover between flights.

The Fairfield Inn exceeded my expectations! Quick Check in, helpful staff and clean rooms. The breakfast was also great and free. Free shuttle to JFK make a great reason to stay here and will again!

Overall a decent place to spend the night before a flight. They have a decent gym and a restaurant on site, so that is convenient. The free airport shuttle departs every half hour in the morning and every hour in the afternoon. Our room was clean and good. Breakfast was average. There were a few minor problems - sink hot water input was leaking and had to be turned off when not in use - they have since fixed the sink. Was guaranteed late 4 pm checkout as a Marriott gold, and the hotel agreed to it the night before, but card keys stopped working at 1 pm

Very friendly staff, there is plenty of parking, and there is a full service restaurant on site. The staff also assisted me with finding some good delivery options on the second night. This property goes above and beyond what you expect from a Fairfield Inn.

Very efficient, clean, and inexpensive place to stay. Convenient shuttle to and from the airport and Jamaica station. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and informative.

The Fairfield inn was very well maintained, clean and the workers were very polite and more than willing to help us with any problems. The rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Downstairs they had a full restaurant with a bar. The Continental breakfast was undoubtedly the best free one I have ever had, with so many hot and cold options. Great visit, would come again.

Great experience here. Had a connecting flight at LGA airport in the morning and rheumatoid helped me work out the easiest way to get there. Service was friendly. Breakfast was good!

The room was very nice and well equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, traveler info, television and plenty of bathroom supplies. The snacks are a bit overpriced in the lobby but this expected. There is computer lobby with printers and mailing boxes, and a 24hr gym, there is free breakfast. Very helpful staff and you receive a morning paper. Overall I felt very comfortable staying and the view was nice from their top 5 floor, would stay again.
