Nice place eith good customer service
This Hotel used to be La Quinta and I had originally booked under them. When they changed ownership I was advised to reconfirm by booking with JFK View, which I did, and the booking was verified. When I arrived in new York and called the Hotel I was told they not only did not have me booked but were under construction. They did not offer any alternatives and I had to hunt around for accommodation.
Went there for work, staff was very accommodating, rooms were nice. Definitely would go again
Good place just to stay a couple nights They have free breakfast and parking what it is something not all the hotels in this area have and if you ask they have crib available. It was pretty clean and nice environment.
Front desk staff was wonderful upon check in. Finding animal feces on the floor beside my bed the next morning ruined our stay, and they never came and cleaned it up. It has been there so long it was starting to whiten. Photo below. Poop is underneath my charging cords to the left. Disgusting.
Good for the moneys worth. Missed a flight and needed a cheap place to stay. Only a few minutes from the airport and it is a very clean place to stay at. Staff are really friendly.
It's nice but the room wasn't what I saw in the picture, then there were bugs crawling on the wall. The staff was nice, but the internet was not connecting and they couldn't help with that. I would think the front desk would be able to help or at least have someone else to help out. This was my second time at a hotel, and didn't like this place. Oh and the shower handle kept falling off.
Great staff, friendly front desk, clean and smells clean, quiet and comfortable, great rates too. Manager super cool guy. You'll want to stay here again when you check-out.
Pretty good. Beds are comfortable. It's not that far from the subway. Neighborhood around it is decent. Very close to the Mini Marts if you're willing to walk a little. The Bus and Train Service is 24 Hours in New York
