The bartender was a hit with my group. Brian really took care of us, made sure we liked our food, that we always had a drink in front of us, and even some good conversation. We chose to just come back to the bar here instead of going out because he made it fun.

A great place to have a holiday party. The staff was really nice and the recently renovated ballroom and bathrooms accommodated the volume of people that we had. The Christmas decorated room and halls provided a great backdrop for pictures and friends to get together to chat. The food was really nice and many went back for 2nds and 3rds. The desserts were fresh and carefully made. They were so good that the kitchen had a little difficulty keeping up with the demand for the cheesecake once word got out about how good it was! The staff was helpful and not intrusive and super accommodating. I would go to a gathering there again.

It's alright but the rooms are a bit old and small. The pool is also not really an indoor pool. It's in more of a greenhouse and it is not warm at all. The lifeguard was sitting in front of a space heater with a jacket on. It was the reason we stayed there but it was too cold for the kids to use.
The shuttle to the airport was very easy to use and ran every 30 minutes, which was really handy. The restaurant downstairs was good too. The Vietnamese beef sandwich was fantastic.
Probably wouldn't stay there again for the money but it was ok.

The front desk is so helpful, attentive, and considerate. in the rooms you hear the elevator hitting the wall and opening/closing and a.c. sounds like nails on chalkboard. Only way I could sleep is if I drank and bar closed at 1145.

We just had the pleasure of attending a conference this weekend at the Hilton JFK. The hotel was modern, close to local attractions and beautifully appointed.
The highlight of our visit was the exceptional service by the banquet manager Bernard and his staff. All the meals were ready on time, served at the proper temperature and pleasing to the eye and the palate. I was especially pleased because they accommodated my gluten allergy so graciously and effficiently at every event. I never felt deprived and there were no worries of cross contamination . This hotel definitely deserves a commendation !

Location and shuttle service was good for an overnight layover, and the electronic room key was great. However the air conditioner in the room was literally like sleeping next to a noisy vacuum cleaner. It was impossible to sleep even with earplugs.

Restaurant was clean, although loud, and the calamari was delicious. The room was clean and the shower (not handicapped accessible in my room) was very spacious. Had an issue leaving the parking lot when the machine kept giving me an error message. I went in and spoke to the manager on duty. He was very polite and helpful. He validated my parking ticket and didn't charge me.

Fine but overpriced as heck. Got a "executive suite" on executive floor (12th floor) with the breakfast lounge so I was expected a very nice room. Room was very average for a Hilton. Don't get me wrong, it was not bad at all but the same room goes for $90-$150/night in most other places. This was over $300. Not worth price. Hotel itself was large but hardly fancy and not very tall. No digital key access to room. Parking is another $21. Breakfast was fine, nothing special. Executive breakfast lounge does have a nice view of Jamaica, NY which is not that nice to look at unfortunately. Also glass window was a bit dirty so photos come out not as clear. Gym looks like a decent size but I did not use. Did not visit swimming pool either. Overall, hotel is good but overpriced. Get a cheaper room at the Hampton Inn next door.

The hotel was attractive, and quite comfortable after a long day. We missed our connecting flight (the last to our destination for the night) due to delays and opted to sleep in a real bed. So the comfortable beds were much preferred to an airport cot. However, the bedsheets smelled faintly of vomit (we had different beds and independently observed this). We were far too exhausted to even care at that point, and we have had far worse as parents, so we just dealt with it and collapsed into our stinky-but-comfy beds. All we wanted was to sleep. However, the AC was obnoxiously loud and would kick in every 20 minutes or so. I'm a light sleeper, especially when first drifting off, so it took me awhile to fall asleep and stay asleep. All in all, not my greatest hotel stay, but definitely not the worst either. At that price point, I would have hoped for a little more attention to key details and maintenance though.

Nice place with friendly staff. The rooms and the hotel are clean. I would've gone five star except for the prices on food. They are very high. There isn't anything around so they kind of have you over a barrel. Be prepared to shell out a chunk of change for a meal here.

Nice decor inside, friendly front desk staff but the check in line moved slowly. Standard room amenities. Lots of other overnight layover guests. The bar closes somewhat early at midnight, and didn't seem exciting at all.

Excellent stay. Marcos at the front desk did a superb job and made sure I was taken care of. He had a badge or a business card (I don't remember which) that said "Hospitality Ambassador" and that he was.

The rest of the hotel was nice. I've stayed here many times and look forward to returning in the near future.

My stay at Hilton was very nice. Customer service was perfect and my room was just ok. The room was clean but my TV was working but working but the TV was very slow and non-responsive. I just have to say they had a shower with only one side blocked off so it got the bathroom all wet. Other than that Hilton is a very nice place to stay.

Wow, what a great place to stay if you have to fly out of JFK! We stayed on one of the upper floors overlooking the airport and because of the acoustic glass in the windows you could hear very little airplane noise in the room. You can even park your car here if you go on a trip but it will run you about $20.00 a day if I remember correctly. We parked our car at Park Plus which is literally about 3 minutes away on the other side of the Belt Parkway so it is very convenient. Nice clean hotel with nice rooms and friendly staff.
