Very Clean rooms!! Also the pool was perfect temperature. They also had yummie cookies and popcorn for guests in the lobby. The continental breakfast was delicious too!

First things first. This is the first Holiday Inn Express where I have received a call prior to checking in to see if I needed something special during my stay. High marks for the personal touch. It took me by surprise and I almost thought it was a prank call !!!
Everything at check in was in order. Room was the usual what I have come to expect. Well appointed. AC was comfortable, though loud and not a big fan of the loud start and stops at night that wake you up. Spacious room with refrigerator and plenty of shelf space, outlets etc. Was given a WiFi password at checkin which I did not use as I used my Priority Club number. Broadband speed was not up to the mark. Took me little over 5 minutes to upload a 1.5MB picture. Unaccetable! Bed was comfortable with generous assortment of pillows of varying firmness.
Bathroom was adequate with the necessary accessories. One thing I noticed was the exhaust fan in the bathroom never came on. Perhaps it was broken. Did not matter as I was the only person in the room.
They had the usual offerings for breakfast but I am not much of a breakfast person. The seating area for breakfast is rather cramped and could be bigger. Coffee was good.
I got to use the 24 hour gym at the hotel. Quite basic with a treadmill, bike and elliptical trainer. But worked for me. I had the place to myself at 9:00 in the evening. Cant compain! They have a pool too.
They had small bags of Popcorn on offer in addition to the cookies in the evening! Nice touch.
Overall, a full service Holiday Inn Express that is run with a lot of pride!response / report this review -

Nice room and staff. No whirlpool but they upgraded my room so that was very nice! Definitely will stay here again.

This Holiday Inn is a little older than some, but still nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but it's age shows. It's lacking the modern feel of newer hotels, but I wouldn't let that stop me from staying here again. Overall 4 out of 5. Very hospitable staff and the breakfast was delightful.

Great hospitality not very updated for price. Hot tube is filled​ with cement. The bathrooms are not pleasing horrible lighting. The temperature in the room is either too hot or too cold. The only reason I rate it 4 out of 5 stars is because of the great customer service. Too high priced!

Nice variety for breakfast, clean room and bathroom, decent parking, close to town, and it has a pool. The staff has been very kind and friendly. They left us fresh flowers and a thoughtful card that we brought to my very ill grandmother.

The service at this hotel is exception. Staff is cheery and eager to help. I was asked 3x if there was anything they could do to make my stay better. The hotel is undergoing a remodel but they have done a great job sealing off that half of the hotel. No noise or dust interupted our stay. The bed was comfortable. We were even upgraded to a king size bed! The ppol is heated! That made my day. It was so relaxing!

Customer service is exceptional. The hotel called ahead of time to see if there was any way they could make our stay special. The front desk called our room that night to make sure we had everything we needed. When we first arrived, we found our room was right next to the elevator. We didn't want to listen to that all night so we asked to be moved to another available room. The staff was very accommodating and moved us, upgrading us to a king size bed even, for no extra fees. Smiling staff everywhere we went. The hotel is undergoing a remodel. They have put up fake walls to seal off half of the hotel for the project. At first, we didn't even realize the walls were fake because they are painted and trimmed to blend right in. The atmosphere in the hotel is relaxed and peaceful. We were not disturbed by the remodel at all. Very surprising. I've stayed in other hotels where there was a lot of noise and dust. Not here! The pool has been converted to a salt water pool and it is heated. What an awesome experience! I loved it! The hot tub is gone. It has already been removed for the remodel. The rooms have old heater/air units in them with limited controls but they aren't loud and they did cool and heat the room fast when we changed the settings. Breakfast included pancakes, assorted baked breads, hot and cold cereal, omelets, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, yogurts, and much more. Something for everyone for sure.
