Very clean and comfortable. Nice indoor pool for kids. Quiet halls. Great Breakfast options. The king size bed was so high we needed a step stool to get in it but we slept well. Good pillows. Perfect location right off I-65 and plenty of restaurant options nearby.
Vinyl chair in the room was not comfortable and it was noisy.

Have stayed here a few times while in town for work. The staff is the best and the updated rooms are very comfortable. Also, for a HIE, the breakfast is well put together

Lovely people! Sandy was kind happy and was helpful, room lovely, need a little attention but much better than competition. Will be back, frequent area and enjoyed our stay. Quiet and comfortable.

This hotel was clean, nicely decorated, and the staff was extremely friendly. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The breakfast hostess Dianne made breakfast like you were having a meal at a family member's home. She was so friendly and the food was hot, and the the entire breakfast area was clean and kept-up so well! I would stay here again!

Our check in was late in the evening and the front desk attendant was amazing. Made us feel very welcome. The room was nice, very modern. Totally my style but some parts of the room needed some cleaning attention. Popcorn and food under the pull out couch. No big deal. Checkout was smooth and the free hot breakfast was decent. Better than many. Our breakfast hostess made a point to introduce herself and offer assistance. That Southern hospitality was amazing. Great people number one. I would stay again.

Breakfast was great! Staff was super friendly and helpful, the pool was nice, and you can walk to the oak mountain amphitheater (the parking lot is right over a walking bridge behind the hotel).

One of the best hotels for the price that i have ever stayed in. April, the front desk girl was helpful great customer service skills. I'll give ti five stars because the rooms were neat and very clean.

Clean and spacious rooms, great meeting space. Drawback was that the gym and swimming pool were literally outside the facility. One had to walk outside and go into another small building in order to access areas. Smoking facility was uncovered and you had to smoke in the rain. Desk clerk was unable to service the printer so that guest could print boarding passes and directions.
