We went for dinner at the bar and grill. Service was very slow, we weren't even greeted or given menus for 15 minutes after we seated ourselves. The food was pretty good but nothing amazing. It was relatively good hotel food, but I probably wouldn't go back.

Would give 6 stars if I could! The best service I have received in a very long time. Everything was perfect. Late check in, no problem - semi parking, no problem - late checkout no problem!

The room was fantastic, the breakfast was really good in the morning. Very clean and lots of amenities. The lobby was beautiful and the shuttle service was great.

Older property but very well cared for. Nicely updated and very clean and smelled fresh. Staff was very friendly. Beds are nice and comfortable. Room had a refrigerator and a microwave was available in the lobby vending area. Free WiFi. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

There are elements within this hotel that are new and modern, while others remain a bit stuck in the past. Within the room, there is a heavy brown striped window valance and bed skirt, tan wallpaper, popcorn ceiling, and a 1990s arm chair. While within the same room, a nice walk-in shower, modern headboard, and a single modern wallpapered wall, is on display. Now, the lobby also add a bit of this disconnected styles as the lobby is modern and newly remodeled, but hallways, elevator and many of the common areas are still dated. The room is comfortable, but the rooms design seems a little confusing.

Had such great service on my wedding night! Everything was clean and better than expected. The bar and food they have to offer is awesome as well!

It's been a great stay here so far. The lovely lady at the front desk helped me with moving my reservation back a day. Rooms are clean. Don't expect to open any windows they are all sliding glass doors that only open about 6 inches. Overall cannot complain, everything is super close, you can walk to anything within ten minutes.

Nice accommodations. Friendly staff. Food is better than has been in the past. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Didn't see bugs like I saw last time. Rooms can use some modernization. They look dated and worn. Couch in room was uncomfortable. Saw some frayed smoke detector wiring. Overall, was definitely a 3-star experience.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, especially Sarah the bartender! The only problem that we had was the room card failed to work several times on both the room door and the rear door of the hotel. We reported this several times and had the card replaced once, but continued to experience difficulty in getting into the building and our room.

The staff at this Hampton truly went above and beyond at my last visit. I inquired at breakfast about smoothies that they had at a Hampton I had stayed at a few days before. They had never stocked smoothies at this location but were interested in my description of them. When I returned to my room that evening they had put a mini fridge stocked with 4 smoothies in the corner. The staff had always been very friendly and courteous but this was truly a step beyond in customer service.

Stayed here recently for business and will definitely come back the next time I am in the area. The rooms were modernly decorated and comfortable. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and exceeded my own expectations. Breakfast each morning was well prepared and managed by a very kind woman who was extremely helpful. The front desk staff were so kind and considerate especially due to the inclement weather. I couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. Thank you!
