I've driven across country going both the northern and southern routes and this one is no wear near the amenities I've encountered. The rooms are dated. The gym has poorly repaired equipment, the sauna was down and hot tub was under construction. The elevator even has issues of it's own. Super disappointed about picking this hotel after being on the road all day.

Hotel was fine. A bit run down. Our room had a but of a musty smell. But overall was clean and fine for our needs. Value definitely matched the price.

Good value with Free breakfast and warm pool, please repair hot tub bubble control and sauna. Great proximity to Cuyahoga Valley area

It's a standard Holiday Inn express. Clean and decent breakfast. However, the internet was incredibly slow and kept disconnecting. That was the only bad part so I took the review down a star. Otherwise, it was a good stay. Maybe they will fix it.

Nice clean room, courteous service. Lady working the front desk put forth special effort to get us our room early. Breakfast was good, clean area and well stocked. Pool was nice and warm!

Stayed in room with whirlpool tub. Decent place. Convenient location. Bed was very uncomfortable but overall room nice.

The visit was good. The girl friend and I had fun. The staff where very nice. We where just outside Cleveland. We went to the rock and roll hall of fame.

Friendly staff and the free breakfast, though it won't blow your mind, has variety and is a step above. The sugar free syrup and gluten free muffins and bagels were a nice touch. My stay was just for one night and in general I would sum up my experience as "what one would expect from a well ran 3 star hotel".

It was good. The beds were comfy and everything looked nice. the only thing that was somewhat lacking was the morning breakfast which wasn't the best but was still fine.
