Valet service is absolutely garbage and they still make you pay $18.00 a day for some of the worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life and also expect tips. The first day I waited in the lobby for my car for 45 minutes only to have to go walk over to the parking garage and get it myself. The second day I waited for 25 minutes for my car (I was also the only one in line) just to see the valet driver who obviously didn't know how to drive stick shift stalling my car all the way down the road and I ended up having to walk over and just say get out. Don't get me wrong the service from the actual hotel employees was very good but based off the experience I had with the valet I can honestly say that I will never stay there again.

I was very pleased with my experience at the Courtyard University Circle. The staff was very kind and understanding. The rooms were very modern and exceptionally clean. If you are planning on visiting University Circle anytime soon I would definitely recommend staying at the Courtyard.

The hotel itself is in a nice neighborhood and is a short walk to the Little Italy section of Cleveland. The hotel provides a shuttle within a 2 mile radius if you don't want to walk. Our room was tidy, clean with updated bathroom. However, the valet parking is disorganized, mismanaged and took us 20 minutes to pull up to the hotel since there were so many people checking in. Then, after waiting at my car for 10 minutes, I had to approach a valet attendant for service. Upon leaving you text them for your carthey said 10 minutes but it was really 20. They don't know how to park cars in the tiny stretch of driveway they have. I had to maneuver around 2 cars tightly parked in order to get out. I most likely would not stay at this hotel again, mainly for that reason.

The Good: Quiet, comfortable room that was pitch black at night. Feel asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. Perfectly sized bathroom with a great walk-in shower. Staff was all super friendly, helpful, and treated me as a valued member. Great location with a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The Bad: Not the best parking. The Ugly: Not a thing.

Nice hotel, very clean. Very modern and had nice people working the front desk. The parking situation is pretty horrific and you're pretty much forced into using their valet service which isn't too expensive but not exactly cheap either. Stayed here because of a wedding. If I were to visit the Cleveland area again, I would consider this hotel, but would want to compare it to others that would have better parking access, which would be difficult since most areas down town are packed.

Hotel is very nice. Was disappointed in parking fee which should be complimentary with hotel price. Also surprised couldn't watch Indians game on TV. Room and service were nice and no complaints there.

I cannot say enough about this hotel experience. My mom and I had one of the most awful experiences of our life when my father was life flighted to the University Hospital Cleveland Medical Center he had to have urgent open heart surgery. We had to drive an hour and a 1/2 and when we arrived we were greeted by one of the most amazing front desk staff, the best I've even seen at any hotel, and I travel a lot. She didn't just greet us she became our friend and helped comfort us, prayed with us for my dad's recovery. All the staff at this hotel was amazing, the valet staff was super helpful as well. The beds are amazing, the rooms were immaculately clean. If I had to give 1 bad review of the entire place it was the pool it was really cold and was not enjoyable but this is a 5 star hotel bar none. Thank you for helping us through one of the most horrible weeks of our life. Marriott you always go above and beyond when hiring staff and this family wants to thank you very much!!!!

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking is by valet only. Beautiful hotel! The rooms are really nice and the furniture is very comfortable! Great nights sleep!

Stayed here for my brother-in-law's surgery at UH. Very clean and nice! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Starbucks coffee, and Bistro provide a nice place to eat, and food was good. We were very glad to be able to catch dinner without having to leave the hotel.

Beautiful room. Perfect location to stay if visiting Case Western. Nice walkable distance to Cleveland Museum of Art and several other attractions.

It started out great. One night, we ordered dinner which one of the meals was missing the chicken. In order to get refunded, it took an act of Congress. One of the 5 days we were there, I had left the 'do not disturb' sign out so, naturally, our room was not cleaned. So, upon our return @ 6p, I called to request they clean our room. I called again @ 7p. I called again @ 8:09a, this time, speaking to the manager on duty. At almost 9p, with still nothing, I went downstairs to front desk to.get fresh towels, as we were needing to get ready for an event (which is why we were here in Cleveland, OH). When I returned to my room, I noticed the towels were, literally, holy.with holes, worn away & what looked like ink stains.

My daughter and I stayed here for two nights while touring the campus of Case Western Reserve University. The staff members were all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable with nice bathroom amenities. The room came with a coffee maker and two pods, plus a bottle of water -- all replenished daily. I appreciated the casement windows that opened to allow some fresh air into the room.

The employees. So many kind and caring employees that it felt dumb to leave a comment card. Every person who interacted with us, the valets who stopped us to offer advice or check on us, the housekeeping people who stopped what they were doing to be helpful, front desk, cafe, everyone. Minus one star because the restaurant food is like hospital food. Which is hilarious since the food at the Cleveland Clinic is excellent.
