Reasonable stay- rooms are a little on the noisy side.

    Staff is friendly and helpful.

Room service was really poor quality food from the ?Italian? place or something. Really overpriced and unpalatable for me, and the fee to bring it up to the room seemed a little high to me. Left no room for a tip, but with fees like that the guy could pull in a lot more than i do on a busy night.

The local big city smell is an 11/10 on the sewage level. Surprisingly bad Nothing the hotel can do about that

Rooms are designed the same as most aloft hotels. Ex: the worst aloft property on earth Detroit. If you're not a fan of the layout (see a lot of poor reviews for it) than you should avoid all Alofts

No place to smoke around the building that doesn't have a sign saying it's illegal. Absolutely nothing stopping the wind/snow so expect to freeze in the 7 degree weather if you're a smoker.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

The location is great, you're right next to a plenty of excellent dinner options for any budget and equally for drinks or social gatherings. The rooms are well maintained, nice, and for a downtown location not badly priced. You won't be at the heart of Cleveland, but a 10 minute walk is all it takes to experience everything.

Okay urban space in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. Convenient to many sites /events; good location.
Our room could have been cleaner. The entry/wash area light was on the same switch as the bathroom exhaust fan. Very irritating. Parking is not cheap, but at least it's convenient. The front desk staff was courteous. Decent checkout time (noon).
Considerable number of restaurants within walking distance. We will avoid the nearby restaurant Bold. Our experience there with the food was not good.

Staff were extremely nice and helpful. My room was at the end and I was able to see the Browns stadium from one window and The Flats from the other. The bed was comfortable, but the room was not soundproofed from all of the outside noise. Motorcycles all hours of the night, trains, and boat horns (not sure, but that is what it sounded like). $24 to valet park for the night or $17 to self park was a little pricey in my opinion.
Overall I had a great time visiting and will probably be back

Great staff! The girl at the desk was very nice and gave me a good room. Then some wait staff were willing to reheat some food for me when I missed some of one event. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy.

Fantastic location. Amazing room. Very modern and clean. Was a 5 minute drive to the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame and a 5 minute walk to the Stadium the Browns play in. Also next to the Flats East Bank entertainment district, which is along the lakeshore. The hostesses at the check in counter were quick, courteous and helpful when asking for local information. 5 stars from this guy.

The hotel was super clean. The staff friendly and welcoming. They provided excellent tips for travel and meals. Shampoo and body wash in the shower- very convenient. It would be a 5 but the elevator is inconvenient and confusing - that might be a personal problem. Once we got it figured out- all was good. Check in was easy - check out was easy. Location of hotel was great for walking to sights.

My hotel room is absolutely beautiful. It's located in the Warehouse District next to the Port of Cleveland. View was awesome! The gentleman at the Front Desk, I think his name is Spencer, was extremely nice and helpful. This hotel is extremely clean. I've completely enjoyed my stay.

It was a pretty cool place, but more of a party hotel, I suppose. Not a great place to get a good night's sleep. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every movement out in the hallway. The staff were polite but the overpriced room service restaurant was garbage, and we ordered a pizza, which we assumed was a more simple choice but when delivered it was an inedible nightmare. After my travel companion took a shower I was told of the strange hair stuck to the walls of the shower stall and the odd choice of a bamboo floor in the shower, which evidently tends to become a bit "slimey" when wet. I decided to forego the shower. I can see it being a fun place to stay in Cleveland but after a long day on the road, it doesn't provide a sense of relaxation and comfort that I personally look for in a hotel. I was glad to only stay one night.

I love this hotel. I've actually never stayed in a room myself but I've been to a ton of events that are hosted at the hotel. They really do a great job at organizing everything. From what I've seen with the hotel it's modern, clean, friendly staff, and it's close to bars and restaurants. It's been connected directly to some. If I do ever need to stay downtown this would be my choice hotel.

Given the rooms I would give it 3 stars but taking in to account the bigger picture this place is decent. You are close to many bars/restaurants and even their T (Not sure what they call it here) it's in the perfect location, the hotel offers a bar with decent priced drinks, they have a pool table, and outdoor area. The staff at check in were extremely helpful if you are in the area this is a good hotel to check out. Be prepared the rooms are small and pretty basic with TV, Bed, mini fridge. Also note the sliding bathroom door may not close ours did not but the other two people we checked in with theirs closed so hit or miss I guess. Perfect location though! Also there's no free parking which sucks Parking in their garage is 24 bucks for overnight down the street we found a lot for 14 bucks though.

Looks nice first room we had spots on the sheets , we ask for new ones and housekeeping handed us the sheets. After a 5 hour drive and a game the last thing I want to do is make a bed. We start to make the bed anyway and these sheets have even more yellow stains. We call the front desk and ask for more sheets and ask if they put them on this time while we went to grab a drink at their bar which was nice and comfortable with games to play. By the time we return to the room a hour later nothing has been done. We ask for a new room and that one was great. Clean sheets, soft bed , fluffy pillows. The only thing I didn't like was there wasn't any trash bags. I got sick in the middle of the night and there weren't any bags. Overall after the sheet issue we had a nice stay. The no light blinds where a plus too.
