Called for auto glass the price was $190 installed just wanted the glass price still $190

Was told part would be pulled and that would take an hour. Drive 30 miles and show up 2.5 hrs later and part still not pulled. Prob won't happen till tomorrow says Counter Man. Counter Man's solution is lets see if I can find one closer to where you are from. Thanks Buddy! I didn't think of that before I called you. Never again.

Extra charges for your service. I just left there getting my tire(used) replaced. It's an extra charge for balancingsmh my first experience was getting a window replaced. Horrible job. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE OR RECOMMEND THAT LOCATION FOR SERVICE!!!

Horrible is not even the word. The wait is unbearable. Customer service is sub par. Will sell you the wrong part and won't even allow you to get your money back.

Purchased a engine wiring harness. Harness that arrived was completely unusable. Called and rep at Holbrook told me they didn't sell wiring harness parts and that this was a mistake. She advised to return and they would refund in full. A full month later after they had received the unit and still no refund. Called twice and spoke with Jessica and she said she would refund the cost but still hasn't.

Customer service skills sucks rocks, needs to be improved and be more computer literate it takes them too long to look up parts on the system. Just because I'm getting a deal on parts doesn't mean that customer service skills should get shanked in the throat!
