Tried and failed to upsell me already working parts, didnt know how to disarm their own vehicles, turned out the part I went to buy in the first place worked just fine without their upsell. Lies, and in serious need of more training. Plus I wasted two days with their inept games. Avoid at all costs.

Asked for a tune up for a road trip, they recommended I replace a lot of still functioning pieces, including windshield wipers which still were ice coated when I got my car back, suggesting they were just suggesting the same generic thing to everyone. The best part was that they failed to notice that my car was over 1,000 miles over due for an oil change. Would not recommend to a friend for maintenance.

Very professional service. If they can't fit you in that day they'll find a time that is best for you. Not afraid to admit fault and go the extra mile to fix any problem. Willing to work additional service into covered warranty work to save you money.

The Express Service worked very well for me. I waited shorter than I expected, and the price for parts and labor was reasonable. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend the Express Service for basic maintenance. I'm not sure why other reviewers reported a negative experience; compared to other West MI dealers, Gezon is relatively small, so maybe that's a factor. Still, I'll be back.
