Priced Right! Went to other tire stores two of them. Budget beat up by almost $200 one was an apple to Apple comparison. Got them installed quickly no long waiting and you can even watch him do it through the glass

Such a good experience at Budget Tire in Lansing! I had two tires replaced and an alignment done. The prices are awesome, the service on my car was super fast, and their customer service is great! I highly recommend them!

Excellent business with great prices. They were able to find me a set of (4) after market Fuel wheels, and the price was cheaper than i could find online aswell. Great customer service all around and overall a great shopping experience. Thanks for all of the help

Terrible experience would not recommend at all. Took my car into this shop to get a new tire installed on it and they installed the tire improperly with the rim of the tire rubbing against my sport red caliper covers causing a screeching sound when driving and permanently damaging it by scratching and denting the surface as shown in the picture. When I took it back to them and asked them to fix it they were able to fix the screeching problem by putting distance between the rim and calipers as you're supposed to but would not reimburse me for the damage they caused to it with their negligent tire install. Go to Belle Tire down the road or Discount Tire instead, much better customer service and attention to detail.

Like others have mentioned, this place is HORRIBLE.
Long wait times, bad customer service, nobody communicates with you.
Full of incompetent techs. Didn't even fix my issue and had to come back 3x. Also noticed my wheels were overtorqued, and had a ton of metal shavings!! Ended up having to take it to a dealership and pay to have them replace 3 sets of studs and lugs on top of the issue that was supposed to be fixed by these "techs"..
Don't waste your time, money or patience. Go somewhere or anywhere except this place.response / report this review
