Hands down best Lincoln dealership around! I drive past at least five others just to get to this one. Karen Sabatini is simply phenomenal at her job, a true professional. Highly recommend her and Varsity Lincoln of Novi to anyone in the market for a new car!

Its no surprise this is the #1 Lincoln dealer in the nation! I've purchased two Lincoln's from here and have had a great experience both times! The service dept. is also really great, they always get me in and out in under an hour!

Think twice about buying a used car from this dealer. I bought an 09 Jaguar that had issues with the radio and headlight. I called within a few days of buying the car to inform them of the issues and was told to bring it in, so I did. They replaced the headlight but I was told that I would have to contact a Jaguar dealer about the radio. Within a month I started having electrical issues with the vehicle so I had to purchase another vehicle because the car was unreliable. I have since found out that I am having the electrical issues because the cars "brain" is directly linked to the radio. I've called my sales person, Mike Cash who told me that he would contact the service manager and get back with me. That was over 2 weeks ago and I have repeatedly contacted Mike but now he will not respond. My uncle to is devoted to Lincoln and is buying one and asked me for a reference for this dealer and I told him to shop elsewhere because he will not be satisfied with their customer service.

Love love love this place I drive 30 minutes for my oil changes.. because they are the best!! I Have ever seen. Clean very REPRSENTABLE PEOPLE. NICE ATTITUTDES . They are fast too. LOVE TO COME HERE.

By far the best experience and service that I have received at a dealership before. I had the pleasure of dealing with Denise, who got me into my new car that I am absolutely in love with. The process was easy and fast and Denise was very helpful in answering all of my questions and taking care of any concerns I had. The other day I took my vehicle to get a remote start and I was amazed on how fast the process was! Thank you again :)

Both my friend and I bought Certified Pre-Owned MKXs in June from here. It was a first class experience from start to finish. Our salesperson (Mario) and the sales manager (Jere) couldn't not have been nicer or more accommodating. The concierge service that this dealership offers is wonderful. We highly recommend them to any looking for a vehicle.

An oasis of outstanding customer service in a world of customer indifference! I was treated with kindness and respect by my salesperson who took down my info and got my truck in for "The Works" oil change. The customer lounge was pristeen and fully stocked with K-cups for fresh coffee and muffins and cookies to nibble on. Nicely done Varsity! You've won over my oil changed business on all my vehicles!

I can not say enough about my experience with Varsity Lincoln. I had decided to buy a MKZ and went to three dealers, one of them in Plymouth (don't go there). Varsity has an excellent selection (and if they don't have what you're looking for they will go find it for you) and decided that I definitely would buy the car from Varsity. I'm not quickly impressed but the entire process -after I had found the car I wanted - was exceeding all my expectations. Their professionalism, kindness and appreciation of having a new customer is unparalleled. I will recommend this dealer to anyone above and beyond any other dealer. Thank you, Jim, Stephen and Jere

Mike Cash helped my father and I find the perfect Corvette. He was very knowledgeable about Corvettes, which I found interesting since it was a Lincoln dealership. Very professional, helpful, and a great guy. Thank you Mike for helping us find a great car!
