I love Vince & Joe's and try and come often. They have a large meat counter, a deli, a huge variety of beer and wine, and a bunch of prepared food. The pizzeria in the store also serves delicious slices.

I really like this store, great products and mostly helpful employees. They have a lot of items you can't find at other stores. Overall the positives outweigh the negatives. It is a tight and crowded store and if you have a problem with anything, they will ignore you. Luckily we don't have a problem very often so we still come back.

Bought the good chocolate milk with the returnable bottle, good luck returning the bottle that you are charged $2 deposit. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, one of the owners looked at me and walked away, two employees looked and walked away. I finally got a girls attention and told her how long I had been there, she said someone called in sick. That is not my problem nor do I need to hear that. Employees act like your a bother to them.

My wife and I attended the Wednesday wine tasting here tonight and had to leave in the middle of the event when our babysitter called and informed us that our child was getting sick. When I informed the chef that we had to leave and tried to pay, he told us not to worry about it and to take the food to go while helping us get out quick so we could get home to our son. I was amazed and couldn't have been more impressed with the whole event. We'll certainly be going back and likely becoming regulars.

The service we received from "Bill" was outstanding. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and were taken care of. The problem I have with Vince & Joe's is the billing errors and how the refunds are managed. We purchased items that were $3.99 per pound but were charged $8.99 per pound resulting in an overcharge of almost $125. When we called in to notify them, we were told that this is a common error and we needed to bring all overcharged items back to the store. Instead of refunding the overcharge back to the card it was purchased on, they only give store credit With billing errors like this, why would I want to bring my business back? There are multiple stores in the immediate area that are very similar in style and variety that I will be taking my business to.

Great place to run in for fresh fruits and vegetables. You'll be surprised with everything else you walk out with. I can do a weeks worth of grocery shopping in a quick trip. Parking is a little crazy though

We absolutely love this place. The food selection and variety is second to none, with the quality very high. Prices are just a tad higher than your typical Meijer, but with the farm fresh taste and "market" feel, it can't be beat. The pizza oven they have in the store is also great, and they taste amazing. Bakery is also great quality, with very unique and delicious treats everyday.
