I visited 6 different dealerships across SE Michigan before buying a used truck at Hines Park Ford. I was treated like I was buying a brand new luxury car even though I was buying a used truck with 100k miles on it. Talk to Shawn Hardy if you want a straight-shooting, knowledgeable salesman that will not pressure you into a decision. He went above and beyond to get me a new remote start fob and a can of touch-up paint - a week after the sale was done.

We have done business with Hines Park Lincoln and Hines Park Ford for over 20 years. They have always done an excellent job whether it was purchasing the vehicle or providing service after the purchase. Many thanks to Jeff Blessing and Craig Carlson for their integrity. We always know we are being treated fairly and can count on them for doing their best.

It was the absolute best new vehicle buying experience I'VE ever had. Our salesman, Allen Oxley, was very informative and helpful through the entire buying experience. Couldn't be more satisfied. Will deal with him again if the need arises.

Salesman Allen was extremely helpful! As a recent college grad making a first big purchase, Allen made sure he got me the best deal possible. I love my 2017 Ford Fusion! I will be sending my friends and families to Hines!

Purchasing my used car at Hines Park with salesman Shawn Hardy was a really good experience. He renewed my faith in car salesmen. He stuck to the facts, listened to my needs and concerns and honored them with respect and dignity. The process is time consuming however with low pressure I was able to make a decision based on facts and not emotions. Shawn was extremely organized and handled each detail with grace and ease. I will defiantly return to Shawn again with my auto purchasing needs

This place is extremely clean and filled with very friendly staff. Forrest Dixon is one of the most hardworking and knowledgeable employee I’ve met. He definitely goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect! I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know.

I have been very happy with my sales rep. Shawn Hardy. He has been trustworthy and honest with me. I have had my last 2 leases through him and I will recommend him to my family and friends for their new or lease car purchase.

Very friendly staff, not pushy at all, and they gave us a great price on a pre-owned beauty! Can't recommend Mr. Rick Hawk enough. He was awesome to work with and was very honest throughout the whole process.

My service advisor Martin Sheill was very friendly and professional. He made sure my car was serviced properly and was completed quickly. Overall, Hines Park Ford service has been a good experience. My only complaint is the on line service scheduling. This needs to be fixed, as the scheduled dates and times are only a request, you can't just lock in your date and time. I would still rate Hines Park is a step above most dealerships.

I leased my first ever new vehicle from Hines Park this week after being a longtime happy customer of the service department and I was thrilled to see the sales department exceeds my expectations as well. I have never had a more pleasant, easygoing experience at a dealership and I felt completely informed about my new vehicle. I would absolutely recommend any new buyer or seasoned veteran to purchase with Hines Park. Melissa and the rest of the sales staff made my car nightmare into the best case scenario for me!

Shawn sold me a car back in August and has since been our go-to guy for any questions or concerns, which he answers promptly and with exceptional customer service! He even coordinated service at another location for me without hesitation. I would highly recommend Shawn at Hines Park Ford in Milford to anyone!!

All I have to say is that if you are looking for a car salesperson that actually cares about you and your own personal situation - look no further. My parents had been going to see Allen Oxley for a number of years before they convinced me to switch over to Hines Park Ford (even though it's a bit of a drive). I honestly could not be happier with the two cars I've purchased/leased from him. I've had a few lousy experiences with sales people at other Ford dealerships in the area who clearly could care less about my needs and wants and were really only interested in their own personal gains. That is NOT the case with Allen. He's a true professional and a good person to boot!

Picked up our new car. While there is always a lot of paperwork, it all went smoothly. Also the car was prepped very well, and our salesman took the time to show my wife how to use some of the new electronic features.

Fantastic service all around. My parents have been customers several times before, so naturally this is where we went when I bought my first brand new car. Dolores is the best!! Dave in the service shop is also one of the best!
